Attempted to buy a birthday cake for our party. I was told that they did not have the staff who would make a cake. I called another Cold Stone. They explained to me the process and that they would have to make it today, let it sit and be finished the following day. I ordered from them. It comes down to the person at this Cold Stone did not want to make the cake and said that they didn’t have the staff to do it because they did not want to provide excellent customer service and do the work.

Wow. This location is way too hidden, the lady that helped us was great, very friendly, talkative and genuinely enthusiastic about giving great service. I would absolutely return just because the great attitude. Ice cream portions were excellent. Good job to this Cold Stone location. Only recommendation is put a banner or flag outside, window tint makes the place dark and look closed.

Been there 3 or 4 times, waiting in line for about ten minutes, and then they tell you either the milkshake machine is broken or out of milk , instead of telling the people in line that there machine is down or out of milk, or post a sign , horrible of the owner or the manager, if you care about the customers, send one of your workers to Albertsons, next door to get milk . Horribleeeeeeeee businessssssss, and price is high

Carry cash so I use tap or Apple Pay and they don’t do either. Lost a customer I guess and pretty soon they’re gonna lose even more because cash seems to be going away.

The workers they have are very rude. Emily was the worker that helped me.Worse experience at a cold stone I’ve ever had. What happened to smiles and customer service?? I had rewards and she didnt know anything when I asked how to redeem them. Just blew me off and helped the next customer. I wont be going back!! Need to hire people who treat customers right.

Everywhere says they close at 11 but when you go in at 10 they kick you out saying they are closed. Is there anywhere to get ice cream in this area because Bakers also closed at 10.

This is now my 3rd experience of the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! Emily is the rudest worker not only at this location but EVER! Its to the point that I can’t even call and get the managers number to contact him/her and have her FIRED because no one even answers the phone! At this point, if I see her working there still, I will just take my family to another location no matter how far it is, just to not experience such sarcastic human interaction from yet another teenager at this location! Please learn some manners and personal respect!

My daughter wanted cotton candy ice cream and coldstones was the place to go for it. Although they don’t have skittles as a topping, she was happy to settle for sprinkles and gummy bears. I was disappointed to open my tub of ice cream which I got chocolate devotion flavor and see no brownies were added. The brownies really do make a huge difference. Guess they should focus more on learning their signature flavors and less on talking. The lady behind me was upset that she wasn’t greeted.
