I lived in Mexico for 15 years and this restaurant has real authentic food. Everything I ordered was amazing. This really is a hidden gem and the waitress that works this location is amazing, we live her. If you are looking for real Mexican food make sure you give it a try.

Was looking for Mexican food and seen 20 in two blocks… picked this one and we are glad we did!!! A diamond in the ruff…. My wife ordered the chili relleno and she said it’s the best she’s ever had… I myself came in hungry and got the small shrimp cocktail and should I say it was to die for… And I also got the three taco plate with two Asada and one El Pasor and man I can’t tell which one was my favorite! Did I mention their corn and flour tortillas are homemade and absolutely amazing… Highly recommend El Rey

I recently discovered this gem of a Mexican restaurant, and I can’t stop thinking about it!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the meal to come. The food-wow, where do I even begin? Each dish was an absolute flavor bomb, bringing me right back to my childhood when my mother would cook us traditional Mexican meals.

Hungry Vegas
We loved this cute little “diner-style” spot on Charleston. It is the 2nd location for this restaurant.
Upon arrival we were greeted so kindly and the menu was explained thourally. We decided to try Huarache for the first time. We tried carne and carnitas and they were fantastic! The bread is hand made and the waitress said it is a special dish.
We also had a yummy tres leches cake!
We will be sure to return soon because we felt like family even though it was our first visit.
