Stopped by at 8:15p.m. to get cookies and use the restroom. The employee said “the restroom is closed, we(Subway) closes at 9:00 which was 45 minutes until closing.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 was not an option. I ordered on line at 10:45 and requested 11:20 pick up time as my lunch is from 11:30 to 12:00. Get here to pick it up with receipt that payment approved AND NO FOOD. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN MAKE IT UNLESS I PAID…thank goodness a friend was there to use her debit card. Seriously, why offer on line ordering ahead of time? Won’t make this mistake again, there are other places to eat in town!
