I really love this place! The food is always hot, flavorful, and the portions are huge (they give you so much rice!). The menu offers a great variety, and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The pick-up service is quick and efficient — my order is always ready when I arrive. Definitely one of my favorite spots for Chinese food, I always leave satisfied.

Located at the end of an alley, this little Chinese restaurant was a wonderful surprise. There are only two tables, so I was lucky to get one. I ordered Sesame Chicken with an extra charge for white meat ($14.95). It was perfectly prepared, crispy but not at all greasy. Lunch specials are $9.25 from Monday to Friday.

Delicious spring roll and its sauce. Shrimp with snow peas & thai basil chicken meet my taste. Veggies, meat, and shrimps are fresh. My kids love yummy fried chicken wings. Will try other dishes next time. Thanks for the great customer service. Wish you success your business for many more years!

Listen… I was in the area doing some shopping and google Chinese food. This spot is deep in the alley you will miss it. I grew up in Boston and I’ve been craving that Bos, NYC type Chinese food since moving here. It’s always been a miss. This spot did not disappoint!! With the first bite I was so pleased! I got the 4 pc wings and fried rice. Mumbo sauce was so good. For under $10 , it’s a steal!! So affordable !

Order from this place a lot I always get sweet and sour chicken but for the last past few months the chicken has been fried to the point that I can’t eat it. The chicken is as hard as a rock

For people that understand what NYC Cheap Chinese is and are craving it in NOVA, This place is for you. Perfectly crispy, flavorful fried chicken wings, nicely spicy General Tso’s Chicken and a tasty house fried rice. It’s located in the alley near the Subway. It’ll fill that craving.

This is our go-to Chinese takeout spot! Food is usually ready in 10-15 minutes. I’d recommend the moo shu chicken, Szechuan string beans, pan fried pork dumplings, and the lo mein.
Parking is available behind the restaurant, and it’s easier to get in/out if you come in that way.

Surfing the web after 9PM looking for something open near Landmark in Alexandria. Came upon this carryout joint in Landmark Plaza, and it’s open ’til 10PM. Egg Foo Yung on the menu sealed the deal for me. Hopped in the car and was there in minutes. The space was tidy and clean (no grunge here) and included a couple of tables for those who would dine in. Staff was friendly and accommodating (I was able to request my egg foo young with barbecued pork and shrimp omitting the chicken). My egg foo young had the right flavor and was bagged with the pancakes, sauce, and rice each packed in its own sealed container. I ate in the car. Everything was good ‘and hot.The food hit the spot. My only criticism of the foo young was that it was so monochromatic — pale brown. If they could have mustered just a few bits of chopped scallion greens for garnish, it would have made a big difference. Look at the photo of the egg foo young on their web site and you’ll see what I mean. Pathetic. The other disappointment was dry rice, not hard yet, but at evening’s end it was definitely getting a little dry. Not inedible, and I did eat it anyway. I will almost certainly go back one of these days, at least for egg foo young when the mood strikes, though I’m not much of a carryout guy. Cutting them a break and hoping for the best next time, I’m going to give this little carryout with the long menu (and even a few Thai offerings) 5 stars overall. Though it’s just a carryout, it could easily compete with a full service restaurant, judging by my experience with their generous serving of egg foo young.

Placed an order just before close without high hopes. I wouldn’t have been surprised if it was thrown together poorly, but they didn’t disappoint. The crispy chicken was great, would get it more spicy next time. Have been looking for a restaurant that gets the texture right. This place gave me a really good first impression and I’ll definitely be back!
