This was an outstanding dinner experience! Everything was so fresh and uniquely prepared. I had shrimp and crab over a squid ink pasta- the sauce was delicious !!! The labne salad was excellent. The cacia de Pepe was perfect! My husbands halibut was cooked perfectly and generous portions.

I finally got the chance to try out this restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything about it, from the service to the ambiance and food, deserves a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. I followed a friend’s recommendation to order multiple appetizers and share an entree, and it was a great decision. The burrata appetizer was a must-try, and the short rib entree was to die for. We also ordered a side of Cacio de Pepe pasta, which I highly recommend. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience that I highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience at Stella! The restaurant is sophisticated yet cozy, inviting and overall just the right vibe.
We had the spicy rigatoni, the creamed corn side, and the halibut and crab — all perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The halibut was especially impressive!
And the apple pie was the best I’ve ever had! Warm, buttery, not too sweet.. just perfect.
Definitely the best meal we’ve had at the shore this whole month. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed celebrating our 40th anniversary at Stella’s. We shared two appetizers: a fabulous Caesar salad and mushroom toast with ricotta and a truffle drizzle. My sole with crabmeat & spinach was delicate and tasty. My husband’s braised short ribs were excellent! The waitress was attentive and thorough. We highly recommend Stella’s.

Lovely restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Even though the space is small and all the tables were seated, it was still an intimate experience and not too loud. I enjoyed the baked eggplant and my partner had the scallops and shrimp – both fantastic. I am gluten free and they had numerous options. GF options were not marked on the menu but our server was knowledgeable as to what was GF. We had gelato for dessert – it was a little melted but still yummy. The service was excellent. We will definitely return. There is 3% mark up for credit cards.

Went for Valentine’s Day. So happy it was a regular menu. Food was great! Service was fantastic. Highly recommended. We had spicy rigatoni, roasted long hots, bread(not worth the $6), eggplant, and short ribs. I didn’t have the short ribs but tasted them. I found the sauce a little sweet but the short ribs themselves were excellent.

I love this place and the nice folks who make it so great! Over the years, this family owned and smoothly operated BYOB keeps getting better like a delicious fine wine that you can’t get enough of – it’s just fantastic! The father/son chefs are creative and the food is consistently delicious. The servers are friendly, efficient, and work together like a well choreographed ballet. Food arrives on time and hot! And speaking of the food… I love the meatballs, veal with eggplant, sole with crab, and short ribs. Enjoy!

Excellent dinner on a beautiful summer night! Had plenty of delicious dishes, and a lot of GF options including crab cakes . It’s byob , had amazing blueberry pie desert with vanilla ice cream. Highly recommend !
