This subway used to be great and my go to for lunch but it has gone way down hill the last couple years. I got a sandwich today and the olives are bad. Really bad. Tried calling the store. No answer. On the app it says the store doesn’t exist even though it let me order from them ♀️. Payed $17 for a sandwich I can’t eat.

This Subway location is very clean and always has very friendly customer service. I usually order ahead on my app and my order will be waiting on me when I get there.
The vegetables are fresh and everything looks great.

My ultimate footlong Bacon Ranch Rotisserie Chicken sandwich had very little chicken! Could not even taste any chicken on the sandwich. The ultimate BMT had only one skimpy layer of two meats! The flattest most disgusting sandwiches ever eaten at a Subway! Owners had put up a stainless steel cover so you cannot see what they are putting or shall we say “not putting” on your sandwich! Terrible customer service contact availability! Workers did not give me a receipt so I have no store number or anything

The Subway in Southside is a great shop. Always clean. The staff is usually nice an attentive. I get the BMT and it is always consistently good. Prices are the same as other local Subways. The tea is iffy, check it before you buy. Overall, go there if you like subway, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s alright. I was giving my order and the dude walked off and ignored me. Then came back and just looked at me, didn’t say sorry I had to step away or anything. Didn’t say can I take your order. Just stared. Very odd. It was not a bad experience, just not a good one.

On Feb 16, 2025 I placed an order on line. When I went in to pick up, it wasn’t ready. I asked about it and the one female employee said we’re not taking online orders! I showed her on my phone where I placed the order and paid. She repeated at least 4 times not taking online orders our machine is not working. (I think she meant register.) I tried to explain to her that you didn’t need the register I already paid for the order! It was very difficult trying to get her to comprehend & understand my online order! She called someone and said okay she would make my order. It was very difficult to understand her dialogue/language. When I started eating my sandwich I noticed
the lettuce was brown and salami that goes on the ultimate BMT was gray!

Got 6 inch sandwich with drink. Sandwich is great but the Diet coke has a terrible aftertaste. I’m not sure if it’s the mixture of the coke or unclean drink dispenser but I can’t drink it and I had others try it and they thought it tasted funny to them also.

It was the worst service and food i’ve experienced. A 6 inch pizza sub should have more than three pepperonis and one slice of cheese. You should not have to pay extra. i’ve never went out of my way to make a comment on anybody’s food at any restaurant Till now.

I ordered a pretzel online from the Subway in Glencoe, for whatever reason they couldn’t make one. So they called another location (owned by same person) and had them bring my pretzel to the Glencoe location. It says alot about a business when they will go out of their way for a $3 order. They have my business forever!!
