Your food is great, but there’s a serious issue with the night shift front staff. They turn off the phone so they don’t have to take orders, and when I come in, I’m told the grill is closed and given excuses to order something else.
I used to come here often, but this has really affected your customer service. Please tell your employees not to turn off the phone so your business can continue to grow. I’m sure missed phone orders are hurting your income more than you realize. Management should address this before it drives more customers away.

Came in starving and left in a total food coma (the good kind). Ordered the mix kabob platter, lamb chops, and a side of wings, and every single piece of meat was insanely tender and juicy—like seriously, the lamb chops were fall-off-the-bone perfect and packed with flavor. The chicken and beef in the mix kabob were grilled to perfection, still super moist inside with that beautiful char on the outside. Even the wings were next-level: crispy, saucy, and so juicy I almost felt guilty eating them so fast.
What really made the visit unforgettable was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, fast, and genuinely seemed happy to have us there. They checked in just the right amount, gave great recommendations, and even hooked us up with extra white sauce and hot sauce on the side without us asking.
Hands down one of the best halal spots in the city. If you haven’t been to Halal Bros of NY yet, you’re missing out—run, don’t walk! Already planning my next visit.

Comfort food at an affordable price. The food is always fresh and the service is quick. They do a tables to eat in but I have always taken out because there is always a crowd there waiting for their takeout. The lamb gyro is my favorite with the falafel sandwich being a close second. If you can handle the spicy side of food you want to get extra hot sauce.

Why is it that when one orders through Uber, you don’t read the notes customer leave you?? I specifically asked for white AND hot sauce to be on the side. It’s been ignored every God damn time! Who wants soggy breads and a ton of white sauce on their platter that it ruins the whole taste of the food?? This is ridiculous every time!

The customer service here is really disappointing. The staff are always on their PHONE, TALKING and joking around with each other instead of paying attention to customers. They barely make eye contact, don’t ask if you need anything, and often miss simple things like sauces or extras. It feels like they don’t care at all about the people standing in front of them. Not a good experience.
