There’s nothing like being in a location and listening to another employee, Caitlyn, degrading and disrespecting another employee. The cursing and belittling especially in front of multiple customers is VERY unacceptable. This is what your establishment stands for? Ridiculous and sad. Never again.

Once I saw an roofing advertisement for Jimmy John’s for my hotel directly across the street I knew I had to at least give it a try. I ended up coming here and bringing my sandwiches back to the hotel multiple times during my stay. The sandwiches were always delicious and they were never sparse with giving meat.

Employees were too high to figure out how to put ham on my sandwich. I wish that was an exaggeration. They were so blitzed they couldn’t complete orders. Customers were standing around waiting on sandwiches that were already made because the workers forgot what they were doing when they walked to the online orders rack. One of the customers was named Mike and so was an employee… That created chaos as they were too high to understand that Mike the employee didn’t order a sandwich, it was Mike the customer.

At 515pm at Jimmy Johnson on atlantic ave i had a very rude chunky girl working the counter go out of her way while waiting I simply refilled my jimmy johns cut with ice letting her take an order of some one deciding what they wanted.. I go and ordered from them alot the guys who worked the evening crew know me..and never an issue ..unlike to day she made it plain to say I don’t have to take your order and can ask you to leave.. she must have seen my trump or gay pride ️ sticker on my 4 wheeler so I said your correct i will leave this is more than a cup of ice I was planing to spend a min.. of $28

I love Jimmy John’s. The food is always fresh and service is fast. But today wasn’t the greatest. I don’t look it and I don’t have a speech impediment, but I am mostly deaf. 100% on left and 30% on right. So getting mocked by your mullet man behind the counter because I couldn’t hear him wasn’t the greatest. I’ll admit I get it a lot. This day and age everyone would rather snap to rude than sympathetic. Also, he wanted to make a mocking effort at re checking receipt to call my name out when I came to counter but couldn’t double check to make sure he was giving me the correct items. Just a reminder disabled people don’t always look disabled. So please think of that before you decide to mock them.

My first and last Jimmy John’s sub. For $32 for 2 subs including a 50% off on 1 coupon we got subs with less meat than at Subway. One was suppose to be a roast beef and turkey sub, but was turkey only and barely any of that. So low end subs at high end pricing
So owner responded and to their comment – I “dig” getting what I paid for. In this case is was a #14 that was suppose to be roast beef and turkey but only had a small amount of turkey. If that is the “weight” of the meat that is suppose to be on the sub it reenforces that these subs are overpriced ad low value
