This is hands down one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve been to. I ordered carryout and found flies in my food, which is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. On top of that, they are constantly out of meat, making it feel pointless to even come here.
The employees clearly don’t prioritize customers most of the time they’re on their phones instead of working, while orders pile up. They also let the line area and lobby get filthy, with trash and mess sitting around instead of being cleaned.
The staff is consistently rude and dismissive. In particular, one employee (an Indian girl working the line) was openly rude and short for no reason.
What really seals it is how they pick and choose when to honor deals. I’ve watched them give holiday deals to certain people while refusing others with no explanation. Completely unprofessional and unfair.
Between the sanitation issues, poor service, rude staff, and inconsistent policies, this location has serious management problems. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle to anyone.

Don’t let the nice ambience fool you. Chicken was a 20 minute wait, didn’t tell me in advance that there is no more sour cream (the person building my bowl literally told me near the end of building my bowl; I had to go to the Target in the same plaza to buy just sour cream…), and rice was even dry; not even cooked all the way. Didn’t know I would be ranking the worst Chipotle I’ve been to, but now here I am.

I went here during the day and it was good but when I came in the evening they were out of everything even though there’s two hours till close. It’s also not busy, but really messy in the lobby and workers aren’t very friendly. And let’s get into it, idk who the night shift cook is but this chicken is over salty like please on the flip side the guacamole was made to perfection and the workers were so disorganized I guess they didn’t even charge me for it. Anyways, I won’t be back at night. Day shift is pretty solid tho in terms of food and service

1 star. I walked into this Chipotle around 11:30 AM with absolutely no line and hardly anyone eating inside or outside. You’d think that would mean quick service, but nope. There was no one at the register and no one assembling food. One employee at the grill apologized but couldn’t help. I waited several minutes, and despite the employee trying to call someone else over, no one ever showed up to take my order. Eventually, I just left. It was a pretty disappointing experience to see staff either too busy or uninterested in helping, even though the place was practically empty.

Honestly so disappointed. My boyfriend made a mobile order and they definitely gave lesser portions than they do inside. No utensils, no napkins, and halfway through my bowl was the longest, ugliest hair. Absolutely disgusted and had to throw away my food. Will definitely not be going back, they need to do something about their cleanliness.

I made an online order for a burrito bowl for dinner. I asked for salad and there was not even a sliver. Also, to make things worse, I ordered it with chicken and there was barely a few spoon full of chicken. I will give this location another try but if it happens to be the same I will not come back here any more. I expected better since it is a new location and freshly trained staff.

I did a digital order pickup time was 9:30 I get there order isn’t ready and I’m told to wait in the parking lot 10 mins then comeback around. I’m thinking maybe they would do something for the inconvenience but not one mention of it for not having the order ready at the specified time. The chips are stale as well. Beans and rice are cold like c’mon only thing hot is my quesadilla. I barely got any salsa the portion is a joke.
