Dined in alone in at Tuesday at 1145a. The place is rather older and plain looking on the outside but has nice decor and newer fixtures inside. They were not very busy.
I ordered a chicken fajita chimichanga plate that came with beans and rice. The food arrived fairly quickly and look good. It tasted great.
The speed of service was good, as was the food and staff. The price was reasonable. I would definitely eat here agian.

Great food and friendly service. I look forward to being back in town so I can try the guacamole I have heard so much about

Absolutely amazing! Great service, completely satisfying food, and a very homely feel while eating there. I’m not sure if it was the waitress (owner, I believe), or who else, but my family and I did not have to pay the last time we ate there! Thank you so much La Esperanza! We definitely will be returning here for sure!

Friend had specifically said not to add certain things on what was supposed to be her beef burritos then ended up giving her a steak burrito with everything she hadn’t asked for. Also was food took a very long time to get and although all we got were things off of the kids menu the food was charged for more than what was on the menu. Server was sort of rude as well. Would be 0 stars however the queso was good, but chips took forever. Also forgot my drink and tan out of lemonade.

Very dirty. Crowded with no organization at all. After we found our own seat we were given chips and salsa and drinks and that’s it. We waited 30 minutes while the guy who served us when we first arrived looked at us at least 10 times while not coming to get our order or sending someone else over. Him and they one other waitress working serviced other people who had arrived after us but ignored us. Never got to try the food as we just got up and left after waiting 30 minutes without any service.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. We eat our fair share of Mexican cuisine and this place beats out all the others in the area, Wichita included. Lori is always accommodating and she goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The food is hot, fresh and delicious 100% of the time.

The food was very fresh, amazing customer service, very friendly and the food is AMAZING. Made me remember my abuelas cooking. Highly recommend eating here. Will definitely be going back. My husband got the fake house, I ordered the enchiladas.

We are regulars, eat here often. You get more than enough to eat of great tasting food at reasonable price. It is a clean place with plenty of seating. Lori is a awesome waitress too!

Horrible customer service. The woman in there is extremely rude. Multiple people have had their tip amount changed on their credit card charges; so if you go, pay with cash. The food is okayish.
Spend your money down the road @ El Pueblo.
I have had bit my tongue on this place for a while & every time I give them another chance, something ridiculous happens. I just called to place a to go order since El Pueblo is closed today & the woman who answered (noted above) hung up on me!

Wish I could say slow service, but that would sound better. Unbused tables, was not seated, so other customers told us to just a seat ourselves. So we cleaned table ourselves just to speed up. Was 20 minutes before they noticed us and took a drink order, 10 before drinks came. Confused the drink order and had to redo. Took order and waitress didn’t understand English at all, so couldn’t ask about a food allergy or what a meal came with. Got the order and had to wait an hour for food to be served. Plastic forks and spoons in a plastic bag to cut and eat the food. Had 3 bowls of chips before the food came. 5hen the appetizers we orders with drinks came after the meal was delivered to most of the party, and at least 1 meal (nacho supreme) were so soggy and greasy that they were sent back. Several patrons ate with hands and washed easier then plastic forks provided.
Was easier to get some of the eatable food to go and fight about the check. Worst waste of hour forty five since lemony Snicket.
