Received all sandwiches in open wrappers with the ends sticking out. Sandwiches themselves were slapped together with minimal effort involved. I will happily just skip it next time.

I ordered my food early to be ready by 6 arrived at 610 it wasn’t ready which is fine it was a larger order and with a family of 9 I’m used to waiting a bit longer…. with that being said. I was told I need to order catering next time cause 9 sandwiches is to much. I have always ordered 9 and have never had a problem until tonight. finally got the sandwiches home and half of them were wrong and the other half looked as if a toddler had put the toppings on them.

i walked in waited a hour for a sandwich and chips. there was two people in front of me. but that has never happened before even in waterloo when 4 people where in front of me! he burnt his hand on the stove, which i understand the pain of burning your hand on a very hot stove but the cussing, called a friend for help i don’t know if he was new, but definitely cussed while serving!!! from what i know cussing and talking about how he hated his job, and asked everyone the amount to put on the sandwich as if he didn’t know himself and was not very fast with service, and talked a lot about different things instead of focusing on the work. again i spent a hour in subway!! never ever has happened to me unless it was absolutely packed. i love subway loved working for subway in waterloo but a hour and so in subway and cursing is a little much, i could tell the other people around and the people sitting with a kid were a little aggravated about it but didn’t say anything.

He was slammed at 830p as one of only a few places in town open and a big game had just ended. He handled it with grace and style. Our order was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

I’m making this specifically for the girl working tonight. I haven’t seen her in there before and I forgot to ask her name so I can give her the recognition she deserves. Not only did she make the best sub I had from here in awhile, but she was in there working to the fullest extent. The owner should really give her a raise just to keep her because she’s really turning the service around. Props to you man

Could not use the app for two hours, tried to order and use the coupon. Have did it several times but this time would not processed to paying. Called the subway and they said no problem. Tried it with a different card still not going through. Ended up not being able to use the coupon. If you have the app should be able to use coupon at store
