Went in today with my girlfriend for nolibs restaurant week. The menu is fairly priced especially for the amount of food you get. We ordered the simosas for appetizers and chicken tikka masala, butter chicken with rice and garlic naan. We also order the mango lassi, it was hands down some of the best indian food I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. They also have a lunch special for like $11! I’ll definitely eat here again.

I really loved this restaurant. I’ve been here before with friends and was happy to bring more people with me this time. As always, the food tasted good.
Unfortunately, things took a terrible turn after I got home. I ended up with food poisoning, apparently from the paneer butter dish I ordered. My friends were fine, but I experienced severe pain.
I would strongly encourage the restaurant to pay closer attention to food handling, hygiene, and proper storage and preparation temperatures to ensure dishes are safe to eat.
Sadly, because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

This was a wonderful warm spot with amazing lunch specials. The Dal Makani Rice Bowl was a big portion that will feed me for my next meal as well. My partners Chicken Korma was really good too, well balanced in flavor. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was calming.

Just went here yesterday for dinner and already craving it again today. So far one is the best Indian food places I’ve found in Philly. The Dal was so delicious and the tikka masala had a perfect kick. The na’an was freshly made and all the food comes out hot and fresh. Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating. I’m looking forward to trying some paneer dishes. It was so hard to decide which dish to get, I wanted everything!

The food was bursting with authentic flavor — every dish felt freshly made and beautifully spiced. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The atmosphere was modern yet cozy — perfect for a relaxed BYOB evening. One of the best Indian dining experiences in Philadelphia. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here a few times – I’ve tried several Indian restaurants in the area and this is my favorite. The meat is always tender and the sauce is well seasoned. I appreciate the portion size of their rice bowls. Mek was a great host on my last visit.

Tikka Mahal is a great spot with lots to offer. The samosa chaat was easily our favorite..very flavorful. We also tried the channa masala rice bowl and the chicken tikka masala rice bowl. Both were solid, comforting, and nicely seasoned. Nothing fancy, just good food that feels homemade. We’ll definitely be back.
