Hi i was coming here from last six month
Today i was on my 15 minutes work break there is brown lady her age is near about 50 i tell him nicely i forgot my id i show him my id picture she doesn’t ask anything she said no i dosnt do anything she speaks rude whatever she speak i did work as a cashier on gas station ⛽️ i know she can scan my id from picture and she can putt manually my date of birth i know id is necessary what if your customer comes from last 6 to 8 month then you can help him to do like other way but there is other staff also they are soo good but whenever that lady was on register she has always attitude problem she doesn’t speak nice when ever i come here so today she dosen’t help me she will scan my id from my picture she just saw my id and start speaking rude
If manger read that mesg pls let him know people come here from 10 15 minutes break give him smiles don’t make attitude

And these trucks that come in here Fri and Sat driving fast through the parking lot, sit at several of the pumps NOT even getting fuel, speeding around in the parking lot, 4 of them park where the unload fuel and people have to drive AROUND them which is a big safety issue… They don’t stop at the Stop sign going out of here EITHER……

You have so called designated HCP spots, but the trucks park in them. Your signage for such .. sucks… Arrows saying that other spots are HCP… They are NOTTTT. I am told that is had to do with Middletown itself!!!!
There are several issues at this store, to NOOO avail are they being solved!!!! Is it going to take someone getting killed in that parking lot, that person could be crossing the lot to pay for fuel, and killed by an illegal pick up truck for speeding in there. The trucks have LEDs all over them including underneath them and are blinding.. They sit in this parking lot for an hour or more with their lights on, blinding people!!!
They are rude by throwing cigarette but in your car or at you, thrown onto cars because you didn’t move for them, disrespectful to those that come there, ignorant of the laws. It’s out of hand!!!!!!
I understand that it’s “PRIVATE PROPERTY” and someone’s hands are tied to do anything.. Maybe someone else needs to take it over then…

Every time I order online delivery, curbside or in store pick up somehow they always get at least one thing wrong. I have three refunds processing on their app from delivery’s because they were either wrong or missing something. How hard is it to read and order and package it right. It is literally every-time I order something, it never goes smooth. I would stop coming here if I had the option but I don’t want to go all the way across town just to get my order right!

They had a sale sign under the wrong muscle milk that excluded the ones that it was listed directly under with the fine print hidden. Then at the register when I said hey that’s not right they acted like “oh well do u want both still at full price?” and store associate Alexandra moved the sign over a little bit, but IT’S STILL UNDER THE WRONG PRODUCT!! Either take it down and get a label the correct size that CLEARLY states what’s on sale or give the customer the discounted price for the mistake. I’m sure it wasn’t on purpose from the employees, but the vendor is OBVIOUSLY trying to scam the consumer here…. SHAME ON YOU WAWA!
