Customer service is awful. I’ve waited to post this, b/c they said they were going to mail me a gift card. I went through the drive thru, got my food and headed home. I was missing two items that were in the $4.60 range, that’s ~$10 of food. So, I called, they acknowledged the items, said they send a gift card, took my info. Never received it. Lesson, have to check the bag, (by waiting at the window, so the people behind you will get mad). No thanks Amigos.

I really wanted to make sure that I let someone know how pleased I was with the young lady working the drive through. Emily her name tag said, it was freezing cold and she was so very pleasant from moment I got to the board to when I got my food. Just thank you for making my experience great!! I bring 3 children here for lunch. Once I order I realized the dining area is closed and bathrooms. I asked the employee why. He tells me due to Covid. If you guys are so concerned why is none of the employees wearing a mask? They do have tables outside but they were super dirty and next to a trash can that is over flowing and leaking. The food was hot and fresh.

Unfortunately I am officially done with Amigos. Especially this particular location near 40th and Yankyhill. They do not know how to prepare the food properly. The cheesy was not even heated properly. I ordered the spicy cheese sauce and got salsa instead. This has happened twice now. I used to love the food and this location because it was convenient. So disappointed in this establishment.

So I love amigos, but my biggest issue is, paying for food I never receive. I go through the drive thru and I’ll take my food home to eat. There’s been numerous times I have ordered food and haven’t received half my order. I have let it slide a couple times, but this is getting ridiculous. It’s now happening more and more. The last time I went to this location I ordered a cheesy burrito meal, a soft taco meal, and a combination burrito. But never received my combination burrito. I called the store and they told me to come back, and I told them I was not coming back, I already wasted money on food I didn’t receive now they wanted me to waste money just to drive back. I asked what other possibility they could do? They told me they could send me a gift card in the mail. But imagine that, never receive the gift cards. I have waited almost a month.

I’ve heard and seen so many bad reviews but, quite honestly, the only people who would bash a place like this obviously HAVEN’T worked fast food. The “nasty” pictures I’ve seen from night time customer reviews. Forget them. Its fast food. You get rushes. Sometimes you dont always have the time between customers to pick up, so you have to wait til after those to do so. It’s grunt work. It’s not going to be perfect all the time for you lazy, entitled people. The food and coffee are great. The workers are fun. Those two things are what matters. Those are what makes places like amigos amazing. Thank you for reading my review.
