I ordered 1 giant sub online at 6:31 PM for delivery and it didn’t arrive until 7:27 PM. That’s longer than it takes to get a pizza. Sub is good, delivery time was horrible!

Sioux Center will not be receiving any more of my business. The fast food there is questionable on a good day.
Today, Jimmy John’s disappointed. The food was mediocre, the cleanliness concerned me, the service was so-so, the cost of a giant bootlegger was $19.23, my sandwich was wrong and I didn’t get a receipt.
I make frequent trips through Sioux Center and its location is a convenient place to stop. Only a big box store is the one and only place that will ever again get my business.
By the way, wearing gloves is a great idea, but if you scratch your privates while wearing gloves, then change your gloves. Fortunately, he wasn’t the guy who made my sandwich.

The staff and food is awesome. The management is pathetic. They are clearly incapable of training the staff because our order is wrong every time. I have worked in food service for over 30 years, and when simple mistakes are constantly made, that is 100% due to poor management. The staff was great, and remade my food, but no other offer was made to apologize or compensate me for having to come back in to have my order made correctly. The person in charge didn’t know how to refund my delivery charge. I asked for the managers business card, and it was not available. I asked for contact information and was given a name and the store phone number. I tried to call, and no one answered the phone.

We love the food but we have had mistakes and overlooking with nearly every order we make. It’s just a matter of not paying attention to the order, from little things like “cut in half” (I don’t know why I even request that anymore because they almost never do it), to forgetting items. Tonight I went back because they forgot to put the cookie in my order…I physically got in my car, drove back to the store, and brought it to their attention and didnt receive so much as a “sorry.” I’ve worked in retail for a lot of years and I’m just used to if a mistake is made, even little ones, you at the very least apologize and make up for it somehow. Long story short, I get a strong feeling that the employees just don’t care, and they’re not trained to care.

Not going to be a jerk because I know how the service industry can be. JJ in orange city can be inconsistent. Sometimes they’re spot on, other times your order takes an hour to get to you, and they forget to add a straw. I’m sure they’re busy and strapped for help but still, an hour is a long time to wait on a sandwich order.

Jimmy John’s and this specific location has saved my hunger needs more than multiple times. I not only have nothing but wonderful experiences with their delivery drivers but the food is always even better than my expectation. Grateful for them in the community.. I would not survive with out them!

I’m going to Karen out Sorry! When you order a sandwich and ask to remove one of there standard condiments. Why is it so hard to get right. I just made your job easier!! One step less for you to do. I repeatedly informed them that I didn’t want it on my sandwich. But guess what I got on my sandwich!!! Ding ding ding the for said product that I didn’t want on my sandwich. Even though I repeatedly told them that’s not what I wanted. The worst thing was the only thing freaky was that I felt like I was bothering them. And as for fast. Yeah well I’d give them a Participation award.
