Arrived a little bit early for my mobile order but, regretted it because six – seven walk- in customer orders were acknowledged and serviced before my already place and paid for sandwich. I’ve waited nearly 25 minutes before being seen initially my entire lunch break. This became frustrated as other customers noticed and observed. Once order was being worked on, the sandwich had to have substitutions as not everything was available.

Hit or miss with this place. I’ll be going down the street to Jersey Mikes who is more consistent in their food quality and has better portions. Today’s sub had the driest bread – it crunched like toast and had a burnt taste to it. Staff is cool, but theres no way Im paying 15 or more dollars for a meal with bread as crunchy as the doritos.

Went to subway yesterday Night’s buy 3 sandwiches and I want buy chocolate chip cookie they don’t have in cookies display but they have in bread rack. so I ask server can I get it from that rack.girl say that cookie for tomorrow So That’s meaning they sale old foods .. And very unfriendly staff.. I definitely recommend Walmart subway in north darthmouth ..I will call subway head quarter this is 2nd time happens to me there. Won’t go anymore there.

Food was great and the girl that made my food was amazing! The girl that made my sandwich had long blonde hair and was extremely nice! However, someone with very short brown hair made my friends’ food and the service was atrocious. One of my friends tried to tell her at the start that she has an allergy to lactose, but she rudely told my friend to wait until the end because that was when she would do the toppings. So, she added cheese to the sandwich without asking. My friend tried to tell her at the end, but said she should have told her before. Then, she continued making the sandwich and didn’t offer an apology or to remake the sandwich. At this point, my friend assumes there wasn’t any cheese because the worker didn’t mention anything. Additionally, despite ordering two sandwiches together, she cashed my friend and our other friend out separately. So, when they paid they assumed it was for both sandwiches and went to sit down. Then she yelled across the restaurant to ask if they were going to pay for their other wrap. But it should have been with the first one because they ordered together. Overall, the service from the worker with the short brown hair was horrific and her attitude was repulsive. We had to have the kinder girl remake the sandwich because my friend bit into it and realized there was cheese inside. Upon asking, the worker with the short hair, who made the mistake in the first place, seemed annoyed with our request and made the girl with the blonde hair so it. She was rude from the start despite our efforts at being overly polite to placate her. If you see she’s making your sandwich watch out!

Now I understand why this location gets such poor reviews! Order on the app for CURBSIDE, waited for my food 5 minutes after it was to be ready. I called said they never received an order and haven’t received an order on the app for a hour. Asked if I had confirmation email so I called back with confirmation email and was told that I had to come in a place a new order but it would be free of charge. I didn’t want to go in the store whole reason for CURBSIDE. Was told to make sure my bank wasn’t charged and that they had no control of it. I ask if I could make the order over the phone they said they would not do that. Thanks for no wrap and the inconvenience of having to contact my bank!!!

Nice & clean. Friendly staff. The only thing that kept me from giving them a five star is, no staff member had a mask on. To not have a mask on and be dealing with food is a red flag. Other than that, great job.

Wish I could give 0 stars went in to order after my appointment next door at LensCrafters get in line there was one other person in the store I grab some chips to make it a combo and wait to order patiently for about 5-10 min while they finish with the one person there in that time 2 other people come in and get in line for some reason the lady making sandwiches decides to greet the lady that came In after me and take her order I put the chips back on the rack and said I’m all set never coming back to this location. Again I walked in and was never greeted or acknowledged that I’m there and then I get skipped wish I would
