Nice to see this place us back open! Stopped in and got a very friendly welcome! Had some rivets and dipping sauces, the pretzels were very fresh, sauces were hot and both were perfect! Saw some pretzel dogs coming out and they smelled great! Nothing makes my day like a good pretzel!

Place is clean. People are nice but cmon folks. 3/4 of the time the insides of these pretzels taste like raw dough. On lucky days they are cooked thoroughly. Today they are bad.

To me the STARS indicate 1 for bad, 2 for OK,
3 for good, 4 for great, 5 for fantastic.
First time here, I gave 3 stars because I expected my order would be made fresh upon ordered..
The pork roll and cheese was 3.99 and WAY smaller than expected, and the pretzel was hard as a rock. The cup of mini cheesesteak pretzels only had four in the cup, but if you look at the picture online, it’s advertised way different. They were also premade, not sure how long sitting in the window, but they were both the last ones
And they were extremely soggy.
We also ordered 10 pretzels, which were also premade sitting under a heat lamp, but they were good.
I will go again only IF they make FRESH upon my arrival.

I loved this location and the people but it’s not the same after it was sold to new owners. The quality of the pretzels has gone down and there is a particular cashier who needs some retraining in customer service. I’ve seen her be rude to customers who were ahead of me in line before and today I got to experience it firsthand. I will be giving my business to the one in Washington Township even if it means I have to drive further.

All the pretzels that I have ever eaten from there are always very good. Never hard or stale or too salty. The dips are delicious too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They try to give you the best value for your money. Even applying coupons that I didn’t have.

I called in a pretzel rivet tray order the day before I wanted to pick them up. The guy was nice on the phone and I told him I would be there first thing in the morning so my son could take them to school for his teachers. When I got there the woman told me it would be a few minutes- after ten minutes I asked her if the pretzels were ready and she said they were making them now because the oven got backed up! I told her to forget the order bc my son and I would both be late- he was so disappointed. (The lady behind me ordered 400 pretzels and they didn’t make her order either).

Everyone here is so kind and friendly! Made me feel like I was apart of the team. The sausage pretzels are great!!! Mix it with honey mustard, super spicy and the cheese! great ppl, great service, great Philly pretzels!
