Terrible experience, every single time I go into this exact Subway the same Guy who I think is the manager says there isn’t any meatballs. I think he is just too lazy to make the meatballs because literally every time I go he says the same spill about “we’re actually out of meatballs today”

I came to this location and let me start with the guy who helped me out I believe his name was Ian (tall and had his hair ALL OVER THE PLACE) needs to wear a hair net!! I was afraid a hair might of fallen into my food. I order a chicken teriyaki foot long and their was barely any chicken I order veggies and he was literally counting them he barely put anything I asked for!! The subway came out to almost $20 and had nothing. Don’t waste your money here go to another location.

This is a franchise owned subway and whoever owns it is so cheap.I could not get a couple extra black olives. I didn’t order any veggies. All I wanted was black olives, and I just wanted a couple extra and the guy making my sandwich who was very nice, everybody that works. There is amazing, but they must work for the cheapest guy in the world. don’t go to this Subway. Go to the one down the street. On rancho vista and 30th, it’s owned by somebody who’s not so cheap. And we’ll let you have a couple extra black olives.

Everybody has been to Subway, so there is not much to say that you don’t already know. Except that this location on 50th st west and Avenue N is way better at service than the one on 40th st west and avenue L. It’s always nice to get home and see your mobile order prepared accurately. That is why I will always choose this one on 50th and N.

If I could, I’d give it a zero. The employees were unhelpful, and the app that has all the coupons doesn’t work more than half the time when I asked if I could just do it right there they said they don’t have coupon codes to use at the register and the employee wanted me to show them my phone to prove that the app wasn’t letting me order wasted 20 mins over this and not including that the app still took my money from my account even after it said there was an error they took 70 dollars and it took more than 3 days to even get the money back just go to any of the other fast food joints nearby because this is probably the worse subway I’ve been to

Today on October 11 the male employee working there literally told me he is not allowed to put extra olives only up to 12 and started counting them after that I asked for a side of sweet onion sauce, and he was extremely hesitant to give me one. He says they need to charge for that too, which is false I come to this location a lot and have never had someone count my olives, or charge me for a sauce that guy is a Straight up clown.

Today, was not a good day at Subway. I arrived to an empty rack of chips, veggies that were not looking fresh, and a staff with no one waiting, responding with a dull, “welcome to subway.” Normally, they are welcoming, attentive, and better service. Young lady with a flower tattoo on her right arm was unprofessional and mentally not there. It’s unfortunate when I walk in and my child hears her comment, possibly yelling, to another staff member to, “close the f***n door.” She was not welcoming at all and appeared as if she was not able to cut the bread without crushing it. I normally visit this location, but after this experience I will not be revisiting this location.

Ronnie the manager is the man! I had ordered 2 sandwiches and one was the wrong order and when I came back to return it there was a long line.
So when I went up to the register I felt so bad for ‘cutting’ but Ronnie took good care of me and was a gentleman, professional, and great to work with to rectify the situation! 5 stars to the max! Thanks Ronnie, best service in Palmdale for sure!!!
