The service was the best part of my experience at Hā. The barista was kind and fun to talk story with. He made me feel very welcomed. I got a Mac Nut Cappuccino and the Chocolate Espresso Cake. The cappuccino was excellent. The cake had delicious frosting but it was too heavy for me and didn’t quite hit the spot. However, I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu because I really appreciated the comfortable vibes.

Wonderful little spot!
The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The café is cozy and beautifully designed, with a charming garden terrace that has a few outdoor tables — perfect for a relaxing meal.
The menu is diverse, and the prices are very reasonable. I had the veggie sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious.
Both the woman at the counter and in the kitchen were warm and kind — their hospitality made the experience even better.
This place left a really positive impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This place is now called Hā Cafe rather than liquid life. We had a chance to meet and speak with the owner, who by the way is super nice, and she explained that the name change helps to encompass better who they are and what they do. Their line of health foods and supplements were very cool. I love that she includes and highlights indigenous ingredients into her products. Definitely worth checking out. Pretty awesome place!

Found this gem by accident. Tried to eat at Hilo Bay but a long wait so we stopped in Liquid Life for a quick bite. It’s a pretty simple place and menu. I liked that everything was made to order instead of grab and go. The breakfast croissant special was really good. The steak burrito was ok, not bad but I’m used to big flavors. The creamed spinach soup was really tasty, creamy goodness. Definitely would come back to try something else the next time I’m in Hilo.

We went here for breakfast & lunch on different days and ordered acai smoothies,.strawberry banana smoothie, chipotle wrap, falafel wrap. Everything tasted really good and highly recommend for smoothies and quick lunch. They have vegan options.

This was our first- time coming to this place and we had the worst customer experience from one of the workers. This young guy with light blue eyes who was in the front taking orders and payment, he has a very bad attitude and he talks to customers in a very rudely way. Other Customers before us also had to wait more than 20 minutes just for their food orders. They took their own sweet time, which is not good for a cafe like this who sells coffee, drinks and food all similar to Starbucks. We haven’t gotten our drinks order until after 30 minutes of waiting, which was horrible. Never again will we support a business who is all for being healthy and all who actually have workers who aren’t friendly, more rude and have only two people working which isn’t good due to long wait for our orders that supposedly. Bad customer service ever.

Surprisingly they have great coffee too! The smoothie bowl is super delicious, I’ve had the kale one with morniga, added honey and almond butter. Really recommend this place and this plaza has a lot of options for food and small shops!

Really wanted to like this spot based on the reviews. But the food was absolutely awful. The vegan burrito with a tofu scramble was inedible due to being saturated in turmeric. Definitely the worst tofu scramble ive ever had.

An absolute gem. I ordered the açaí island and pesto panini with turkey. Smoothie is so tasty it’s solid like home made but with more delicacy. Panini is very good too, fresh off the grill. The chips are perfectly crunchy. Everything goes so well together.
