My son had a bike wreck, knocked out a tooth, and broke bones in his face. We were at the ER for six hours. The ER ordered soft foods and recommended a milkshake. It was 11:30 pm when we left Children’s and I was pleased to see that Burger King was open. I placed a mobile order for a milkshake so that we could have something for him to eat. When I arrived, the employees saaid that they would not make the milkshake as it was too late. It was 30 minutes before closing and they had accepted the order, but refused to complete it. I asked for a refund. They would not refund my order. They offered a drink in exchange. I had to go through corporate to get a refund. I don’t know what the rest of the place is like, but the customer service is awful.

they were super greasy stuck together, burnt , salty and

I was there standing for 3 minutes.
One girl walk in and out for online curbside pickup.
She just ignore me. All you have to say ” I will be right with you “.
My point is They are not Busy!!.
I asked her for the sauce when I placed an order. She forgot to give it to me . I asked again. She just threw the sauce in my bag. No thank you or whatsoever. Am I going back? Heck No. I can go to chicken filet where they value their customers and say my pleasure all the time.

The location is not very busy. The staff does an excellent job when there’s no rush. I only suggest checking what you ordered before you leave. I ordered on the app some large fries and when I checked my bag I received the small ones, I had to get back to the store and ask for the large ones. I had to show them on my receipt that I ordered the large ones since the employee was saying that I ordered the small ones. That’s all I have to say about this place, everything else is good and I cannot deny that the place is kept very clean.

Usually stop here on our biweekly trip to Sams. Have been since it’s opened. This most recent time may be the last. We pulled up and they said order when ready. So we started to order. Said it slow and plain as day. Long story short we had to repeat order twice. Very simple. No add ons or any changes. Simple combo number and size and flavor of drink. Then repeated for whatever reason. Then was told pull around for your total. Got to the window got our drinks paid for meals. Then left. No thank you no greeting nothing. Oh well no biggie. I get it.
But then after we got to our eating spot my combo was wrong. I ordered the spicy chicken bacon Swiss. It was plain not spicy l. Had the largest amount of mayo that I have ever seen. Could not eat but a few bites. Was grossed out. Half of the chicken patty was crunchy other half thin. Not much meat to begin with. My son had a kids meal. His burger seemed to be decent. He seem to like it. But both our fries was golden burnt. No salt. Very hard. Bland. I’ve ate room temperature McDonald’s fries that sat in a bag four an hour or so that tasted better than these. It was so upsetting I almost went back an asked for a refund. Instead we just won’t return. We will hit up the chicken place across the street.

Went from great a few months ago to horrible hadn’t been in for a while. All of my family’s food was cold all our fries tasted like they where dumbed with a whole canister of salt on top so we couldn’t eat them. My husbands allergic to mustard an we asked for a plain burger it was loaded I switched with him my chicken. We where the only people there an no one in the drive thru at this time.

Recently ate inside. Building was very clean and staff was very friendly. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. The only issue was their air conditioning made this constant rumbling sound, as if you were riding in a helicopter.

Terrible burgers. Whopper Jrs were hurriedly thrown together even though there was no one else in line. Couldn’t even eat when I got home. 3 burgers and $18 trashed. Never again at this location. BK is usually very good.
