We have had dinner here on multiple occasions and the food is always delicious and the service is great. I wonder how more people don’t know about this great restaurant. It is set back from the road but absolutely worth going in! They have great cocktails too that are always well balanced and flavorful. The Mexican street corn is absolutely phenomenal, but honestly so are all the other dishes we’ve tried!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Casa. From the friendly and inviting staff to the very tasty entrees, Casa did not disappoint! We tried two tacos dishes and a beef entree, bistec ranchero. All were delicious. And the chips were the best I’ve tasted, with 3 sauces to dip in. We will be back!

Casa in Fishkill absolutely delivers. This was my second time here and they have not missed once. The nachos, birria tacos, guac, and street corn were all unreal — packed with flavor and the portions are HUGE for the price.
The service is next-level friendly, the seating is super comfortable and spacious, and the bar area is perfect for catching a game. The whole vibe is on point.

We stopped in to give this new spot a try and can’t wait to come back! iThe food was delicious, portions were generous, and the margaritas are all homemade (no mix!). Service was outstanding and our group of six all loved our meals. Highly recommend!

I did take out tonight for myself, my husband, and 8year old. My husband got chicken tacos which came with a side of guacamole. The whole thing was brown like it was made from a rotten avacado. He said it was overly salty and couldn’t finish it. My son’s burger was wayyy undercooked and the fries it came with tasted like microwaved fries and a bit cold. I got enchiladas with mole sauce. It was ok but I emphasized when I ordered to please not include onions. I can’t eat onions. Guess what was in the mole sauce and on top, onions?! I have no idea about these other reviews and the beautiful looking food. Ours looked like it came from somewhere else. Sooo disappointed.

Service was spot on, friendly and helpful staff. The owner (Denniese) actually greeted us and sat us at our table. The atmosphere is second to none. Such an upscale feel with tasteful colors, elements and the vibe is luxe but comfortable. Go there for a date night, Sunday brunch, and even private events! I’ll be looking to book a birthday party there as they have a beautiful outdoor space.

Newly renovated restaurant. Lovely inside. We sat at the bar, friendly staff. Nice Happy Hour menu Mon-Fri from 3 to 6. Great prices & nice selection of dishes and drinks for Happy Hour.

My family and I where driving up to PA this past weekend and decided to stop here to get something to eat and we definitely made the right choice. Food was great. Owner was also very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to us. Great food and great customer service. Definitely recommend.

i travel from maine to south florida and back every year and have come to learn that it’s best not to expect much from any mexican restaurant north of the carolinas- Casa is a rare exception to that rule! The food is authentic and the portions are generous. The margaritas are great! Denise was exceptionally friendly and made me feel right at home. I travel solo and am always looking for a comfortable bar situation- Casa has a great bar setup. Comfortable in every way. The one noticeable difference between here and other mexican places im fond of is that Casa is a little more upscale than your average mexican eatery. I actually really enjoyed this change of scenery and presentation and highly recommend this spot for a first date. Theyve struck a nice balance between casual, familiar, come as you are, mexican ambiance most folks are used to, and the leeway to dress up a bit and take yourself or your date out for a nice dinner. i’ll be back!
