Waited over 20 minutes at window and food was cold. Food was piling up in server window but both the cashier and the drive thru cashier stood in corners. Not a good experience! McDonalds and Taco Bell are better options on the east end of carbondale!!

My food was fine but as I was waiting at the window an employee working the drive thru sneezed on a drink that was just made and literally wiped up his snot off of the counter and did not remake the drink at all. Very happy he was not the person who gave me my food.

Travis and Dan are awesome. They get my order right every time, are super kind to my little one, and always have fresh food for us. Sometimes there’s a wait but that’s no problem , it’s understandable because everything comes out HOT. Best BK around, no doubt. And shout out to Travis and Dan again because I swear everytime I go in, they’re always the ones behind the counter….and doing a great job at it.

It’s hit or miss with this place. Our last visit was a miss. The restaurant was moderately busy. The staff was friendly. Our order was correct. , but only some of our food was hot. The place was pretty dirty. We had a hard time finding a clean table and ultimately had to wipe down a table with baby wipes. I did see one staff member cleaning high chairs.

Love that they have their play area with the good play ground still,if you know what I mean, you know how treasured that is. Foods typical, order is always right, service is great, but we go cuz it’s cheap and the kids can burn off some energy.
