First time dining here. The food was very good and the service was friendly and efficient. Our party of 3 had nachos, a Cuban sandwich, southwest chicken salad, tortilla soup and a cup of chili. Generous portion sizes and served fresh and hot. Very reasonable prices given the portion sizes. Large, but cozy dining area with a mixture of booths and tables. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I got two amazing sandwiches with an extra side of pickles! The food is great, and the portions are fair for the price. I would give 6 stars if possible.

I placed a large catering order for a business meeting. I’d never hear of McAlister’s Deli before, so I was taking a chance. When we arrived to pick up our order, a sign on the door read “Temporarily Closed due to Water Line Break”. As I had ordered (and paid for) food for about 40 people, I had a moment of panic when all of a sudden, the doors open and we were greeted by two employees who were awaiting our arrival! They fortunately had been able to prepare our order before the water issues, which was a huge relief. They helped me load my car and we set off for our meeting. Once I had a chance to actually look at the food, I was even more impressed. Everything looked so fresh and appetizing. I ordered a variety of sandwiches and wraps along with potato chips and assorted dessert trays. They provided abundant condiments, plates, utensils (including serving utensils). All of the attendees at our meeting were blown away by the food and kept asking me where it was from. The club sandwiches were hands down the favorite, as were the brookies.
I saved their menu and will absolutely order from McAlister’s again when I’m back in the area. Thank you to their staff for making sure we had our order in spite of the stress they had to be under. Exceptional!

Had a great Saturday lunch. Our first visit. Signage made it easy to find with plenty of parking. Very new facility. Typical deli menu. We ordered Reubens with a tomato& cucumber side which was a nice option. Large fountain drink bar featuring many different teas. Drinks only came in a large size which was a lot and kind of pricey.
Food was brought to the table. Sandwiches were outstanding. Thin sliced corn beef. Very nice bread quality and taste.
We were happy with our meal. A little pricey. The food was average but the drink cost was expensive. When a large size is the only option and then you overcharge for a large size, that kind of stinks.

This was our first try. I had half a club sandwich and half a berry pecan salad. Club sandwiches are my favourite and this was the best I have ever had! The salad was incredible and their raspberry vinaigrette was so fruity , I was tempted to drink it. My husband got the smokehouse potato and just wow! He was blown away! My nephew got the Italian sub and never stopped remarking on how incredibly good it was. He loved the peppers and the very generous, quality meats inside. He could only manage to eat one half of one half though that boy eats! Very generous! Excellent quality. We loved it all and will return. We also got the brookie cup to share and they were just right with more to share!

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, nice menu, good location and plenty of parking. However, the food was just fair. The honey bbq potato had good flavor, but the potato was very dry. The Cuban sandwich was also tasty, but the bottom of the roll was so mushy it was like it was put in water. It was inedible. The sandwich dripped liquid; I’m assuming it was from the pickles. Nothing else should have been liquidly.

My husband ordered the king club, it was huge and delicious! I ordered the horseradish roast beef sandwich, it was good but there wasn’t a lot of meat. I also ordered the southwest chicken salad with the chili lime vinaigrette, it was also good but since the menu is comparable to Panera Bread the two items I ordered I would not order again. They were both good but not something I would crave. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was extremely clean. We will be back to try different menu items.

My partner traveled here to ohio for work and recommended this place a lot. It’s comfort food for him. We went today, got the chicken Caesar wrap, spicy turkey, mac, and chili. Everything was yummy and fresh. I didn’t go inside but everyone seems professional and friendly.

They’re frequently out of items including the famous stuffed spuds. The food is delicious though I haven’t had a bad meal yet. When they do have the spuds we make sure we get our fill.
