This place is not worth it to go to!!!! First the employee didn’t understand what I was saying. Then I did an online order to just to get declined by the owner for no damn reason. So now we don’t have the food and our money is gone, maybe we get our refund in a week if not longer. This isn’t nice what they do to the paying customers!!!! I never ever go back there, oh and I was not the only who had that issue today!!!! They should have this on the app who is participating on the deals and who is not!!!! I rather go to Jersey Mike’s!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Placed an order online & my order was canceled due to the owner not accepting the coupon. Placed the ordered twice both got canceled and i only received one refund. I have called the store over 10 times trying to speak with someone and no one will answer the phone.

Good food, and very nice ladies behind the counter, but terrible franchise! Ordered my food, went in to pick it up only to find out that the owners don’t honor the Subway online deals, they just cancel your order. Folks, get with it! This used to be a great place to order, now I spent way more money than I should have needed too, and waited a lot longer. Disgusting. The poor ladies behind the counter have to deal with all the angry customers as well.

Placed an order for pickup so that I had a lunch before going to work. The payment went through, but apparently the sub was never made because the owner didn’t support the coupon code unless I spent more money.

I tried ordering thru the app and there not honoring the app deals they make , I called and they said the Owner doesn’t participate in their subway app honoring system and deals. This is the second time I ordered and my order got cancelled !

Closes closer to 9 when some associates decide to put everything away yet leaves the “open” sign on until 9:30. At least turn off the sign.

The experience at this Subway restaurant was subpar in only one way: user error. My family member and I had forgotten to inform the other member of our household that they needed to press some sort of “I’m here” button in the Subway app for curbside pickup to be initiated. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant, and the food was hot, ready, and delicious.

I’ve eaten at this location on a number of occasions. Today I walked out before ordering. There were 5 customers in line. Three employees on the line. The middle employee (condiments) and the last employee (cash register) completed their last order and, instead of moving to the beginning of the sandwich line (as most Subway’s and well managed operations do), they proceeded to talk to one another about totally work unrelated topics. Mind you this was at 12:05 – the peak lunch time! And not for just a few seconds. There was plenty of room at the beginning of the sandwich make table to begin the next customers order. This is not the first time!!! I’ve noticed this trend on numerous occasions. Poor management and training. Horrible customer service. I’ve been a restaurant manager in a previous life and you DO NOT stand and chat with a co-worker, when there are customers to wait upon. Especially during rush hour!!! Never going back. Taco Bell across the street has always offered some of the most courteous and quick service I’ve seen. There are many other, well managed and organized eateries in the area. Anyone who thinks this organization “has it together” doesn’t know restaurant service!
