First time visiting the honey baked ham company. Used to frequent the heavenly ham stores, which were bought out by honey baked ham company. The Classic ham sandwiches were good but way less meat than heavenly ham and the bread was different. The ham salad sandwich was different as it had brown sugar in it. A little too sweet for my taste. But still good. Potato salad was very good and had a wide selection of drinks available.

Bought a 9 lb bone in ham at $10 a pound.
It contained 1 lb-7.5oz of FAT!
After you remove the bone and trim remaining fat, the net weight is about 5 pounds resulting in an adjusted price of $18 a pound.

Every year, we get a honey baked ham for Christmas, and every year it gets worse. This year, I paid $125 for a 12lb ham, that was largely discarded.
Normally a few people will eat some and give ok feedback. This year was the worst of them all, and nobody could choke down a serving. Nearly the entire ham was discarded.
Honey Baked Ham Company is just no longer an option. Im ok with the price being high, as long as the quality is there. I refuse to overpay for a company’s reputation that is no longer accurate.
Bad food, bad prices. Spend elsewhere.

It was a good ham. It wasn’t worth $60+ dollars. I wanted extra glaze on it but they don’t do that and they don’t sell it. It was a bucket list buy.

Just went out of my way to pay nearly $15 for the meal box and the chicken salad croissant sandwich had more bread than actual chicken salad. I’m not exaggerating when I say there may have been 1oz of it. No pickle and the cookie was half the size of the last time. Won’t be back.

This place is a hidden gem in Kalamazoo! Not only is the food delicious (best ham in the world) but the staff are always friendly and caring. Weather You’re looking for a quick bite to eat or something to take home, I highly recommend this place.

Ham was amazing! Sides not to impressed with… but didn’t know they were frozen not freshly made. Loaded mash potato was great, but that’s about it. Also for people who prepay have a separate line for smoother and quicker pick up, now if they want to add so.ething they move to the next line for people just purchasing. Took soo long to get through the line and too much chatting. When line is long, smile be friendly but keep the line moving
