Service was not friendly at all. Woman building our order clearly made no attempt to make us welcome, and clearly did not want to be there herself. Beans and rice were not hot, just warm. Small dining area was being used by multiple staff members leaving less space for guests, and i to drag a chair from another table to get seating for my wife and me. Veggies and toppings seemed fresh.

As of 9/4/2025, my review has still not been acknowledged from the owner. Now I understand why the employees are the way they are My post has been up and NEWER, POSITIVE posts have been responded to.
I’ve been here 3 times since opening. The first visit, during opening week was fantastic! We ordered online because we knew it would be crazy busy. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted immediately and during our wait the staff kept apologizing for the wait but we expected it, so it was no issue whatsoever. The food was great so we tried to go last Friday afternoon. We walked in around 11:30. We were look at but never greeted or welcomed. After about 10 minutes of not being acknowledged we walked out. Last night I ordered online again, thinking it would be better. I walked in cashier looked at me and turned her head. Team member preparing my order looked at me at least 4 times as I stood alongside the counter, never said a word. 10 minutes go by and now I am annoyed. Another team member came to the register to ring out another customer and I said, “can I be acknowledged please. ” He apologized and continued to say we will be right with you. I then explained that when customers walk in the door they should be greeted immediately whether you’re busy or not that’s just good customer service. The female employee that was packing up my to-go order booked over at me and gave me the nastiest look and rolled her eyes. After she was done bagging up my items she brought them to me and I asked her if she was the manager because she had a different shirt on than the rest of the staff. She responded with a nasty attitude saying that she was not the manager and told me they were not there today. I took my food and left. Upon arriving at home I opened up my $50 online order and every single item was thrown into the containers and I was missing an item. I don’t know if she packed my bag the way she didn’t because she didn’t like what I had to say but common sense is that the larger items go at the bottom.
I WANT TO SUPPORT POINCIANA BUSINESSES. This is where we live. But the staff needs to have a refresher course on customer service. I understand it’s busy with a fairly new store opening but customer service is key to a striving business.

For my fellow vegans and veggies, they have a fake beef option that’s really good. It’s a little spicy but has good flavor. It was my first time going, and I saw some people say they were rude online, but it’s the complete opposite they were very nice. Also, I want to add that they keep the vegan meat separate from all the regular meat on the line, so I really appreciated that detail. I really recommend it to anyone wanting to try it out.

So delicious! We ordered a quesadilla & 2 regular sized bowls. The girls up front were so friendly and very helpful when needing help making decisions with which sauce to get. The food is absolutely amazing! They have many choices for your protein as well as corn, jalapeño etc. to add to your main dish including a pineapple salsa AND pickled onions! The portions were big and although we didn’t order the tacos or burrito yet, we saw the table next to us and they are huge! We won’t be going back to Chipotle after having our lunch here. The restaurant was very clean and nice and cool in this Florida summer. I highly recommend coming by and trying them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped here for the first time for a quick lunch. We had pleasant service, food options were good and atmosphere was nice. If you’re looking for lite options this is a nice place to visit. Chips n cheese were fresh and salted just right!!

My daughter and I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and we got a terrible surprise when she decided to open the shrimp and realized that none of the shrimp were deveined. Basically we had shrimp poop in our lunch.
We told the wonderful staff about it and they said it’s shipped in like that all they do is warm it up. Owner needs to find a new provider and or remove item from menu.
Again Staff was wonderful not at All their fault but the owner needs to take Accountability for the product.

Quick service, build your own burrito, taco,or bowl. Plenty of options for meats and toppings. Soft carnitas tacos were delicious. Other members of our party enjoy the chicken soft tacos and the chicken bean burrito. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Note: Person at the counter had trouble hearing me but it was because of the glass between us and we were both short. So speak up and give a thumbs up when they pick the right ingredient. If counter was curved and lower it would have been easier to order.

The food is great and the staff was also nice! Elizabeth the manager was great, even when they were taking longer to get to me she kept coming an apologizing. I have ordered a previous time and the they they served at that time and today was consistent. They served exactly what you pay for enough of everything and the guac on the side fresh and just $1 extra. Is affordable and not spicy like other places. If you want spicy they have that option but is NoT the only option. Great place overall. My only advice is to care for the people in line before the online orders.

The moment I walked in, Melanie greeted me with the biggest, most genuine smile, it instantly made the place feel welcoming. She was super friendly, upbeat, and made the whole ordering process smooth and stress free because it was my first time. Even with a bit of a line, she stayed calm, kind, and still gave her full attention to me and never made me feel like a bother.
The food was just as great, clearly fresh, flavorful, and I love the options. The twisted shrimp is absolutely delicious! But honestly, what really stood out was the service. Melanie brought such a positive energy that it made the whole experience that much better. I’ll definitely be back!
