Ordered a hamburger with everything on it when I got home I unwrapped the burger it was a cheeseburger instead with no pickles, no ketchup, mustard or onions. The onion rings were extra crispy, even the onions inside the breading was crunchy. (over cooked)

Google says open till 10pm on a Saturday. Placed an order for two blizzards at 930. When I got there at 950, 5 minutes late. No one answered the intercom, went to the window & took a good 5 minutes to get someone attention. All to be told they didn’t get my order. Checked the app & confirmed I was charged & my order was sent to this DQ in Schuyler.Weird thing is that then monitor was already off. Three other vehicles shows up & seemed to not be served. Hope the manger corrects this.

Lunch time seems to be the best time to enjoy the food here. The food is hot and fresh, great service. Went on a Saturday night and my order of $36.00 was made wrong, only just warm. The people were friendly. But, when I called management on Monday (so I had time to cool off and be nice) I received a less than satisfying response. Not sure we will go back…

Quality is inconsistent. It can be great and it can be not so great. Tonight my burger was all pushed over to one side of the bun with half the toppings in the wrapper instead of the bun. My peanut butter cup blizzard contained equal amounts of Kit Kat, Butterfinger, and very little peanut butter cup. When you have allergies you count on getting what you order without additions. It’s not the first time to get mixed ingredients in a blizzard this week.

Every Time we eat here the food is fresh and amazing we travel from out of town just to eat here. Our order was ready fast got everything we asked for food was hot and fresh all condiments we ordered were correct. Deserts were delicious really couldn’t ask for a better experience 10/10!

Might as well not have the dining room open. They were busy in drive through so we came in and there was only one other couple in the store. We ordered a chicken strip kids meal, pretzels and queso and a blizzard. The blizzard came out about 20 minutes after we sat down. With the food coming another 20 minutes later. I don’t understand how 1. The ice cream came first and 2. How 16 cars got served outside before a a small order inside.

It appears this DQ is somewhat new. It’s pretty darn nice inside. We chose to sit outside on their little patio area and it was quite pleasant. The crispy chicken sandwich & onion rings I had were PERFECT! I was in pig out mode, so I had a banana split too…I was very happy with it! (And I ate every last bite of everything!)

Very VERY rude Staff. Been there twice, both times we weren’t thanked for anything and they acted like we were wasting their time. They had about 6 people behind the desk, 3 were working, 3 were on their phones.
First time, our food was just kinda thrown on our table without them saying a single word to us, when we finally got the food, which was 15 minutes after ordering, even thou we were the only people in there, it was very cold.
Second time, we decided to go thru the drive thru so we wouldn’t have to deal with the same girl who was so rude the first time. This time, the girl in the window just dropped the change at us, not telling us how much we got back. Then handed us our food without saying a single word and slammed the sliding door pretty much in our face. (Not jumping to conclusions here, but we hear alot of stories about how rude they are to caucasion people there)
