I’ve been to Cafe Trois twice. Both times, everything was generally great.
On the food side, most of the pastries were really delicious, and I’d love to highlight the sweet bean Mochis, which were phenomenal, and the Dubai ball, which was wrapped with a decent amount of Cacao. Despite some other sweets being nothing but average, you can feel that the level is there, and most desserts I tried were barely sweet, which I like.
Coffee – very good. Bitter and decent, I ordered Espresso twice because it was that good.
Service – I would love to highlight Brianna, a great person who gave great tips on what to choose and was also very friendly. She was happy to have a small talk in between, which is a great part of the atmosphere.
Overall – if you are looking for tasty pastries and good coffee, Cafe Trois is a good choice.

I specifically ordered an espresso-based drink, but the barista decided to make something different. When I pointed it out, I was told they were aware — yet the drink was still not what I ordered.
When it arrived, it was extremely hot — far beyond normal serving temperature. I couldn’t even drink it for over 10 minutes. For a latte that contains milk, it’s surprising it was heated to that degree. The milk tasted overly cooked, and the drink felt more like diluted coffee or tea rather than a proper espresso-based beverage.
I’m not upset — just disappointed. I chose this place based on the name, photos, and reviews, and paid over $6 expecting a quality coffee. Instead, my order wasn’t respected, and the drink did not meet basic espresso standards.
Coffee shops should focus on listening to customers and preparing drinks as ordered, especially when people are paying premium prices. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

I have always been a huge fan of Cafe Trois! The quality that they promise is unmatched and everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I was recently part of a private event that was hosted at this Cafe Trois and I was truly blown away. To my understanding, they haven’t done very many private events before, which is even more surprising considering their flexibility and preparedness. Our party ended up running a bit late and they were still so understanding and took it upon themselves to create a stress free environment for us. To this day, our guests are still talking to us about how amazing the pastries and the open bar drinks were. Thank you so much to HB and Lexie for being the best of the best! We wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else to celebrate our engagement! The ambience, the location, the space, the service etc.. Everything was picture perfect!

Review from opening day: super cute set up with nice table to stay in. This cafe has great pastries, and even cakes, but I did not try any hot breakfast food yet. Love the wide variety drinks on the menu. Tried their coffee and a strawberry smoothie to start and both were great.
