This subway location is the BEST! The store is well staffed and the staff is super friendly! They go above a beyond to make sure your order is right and have a great attitude! They even patiently waited for me while I signed up for rewards and walked me through the whole process. Also, subway sandwiches just hit the spot every time!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ve been coming to this location for many years. The customer service and food quality have gone steadily down with each visit, to the point that I felt I needed to leave a review. Ordered a cheesy garlic steak sandwich. The guy who made it just grabbed very small handfuls of meat and tossed it on the sandwich. Cut to the veggie guy after toasting and told him I wanted everything listed as coming on that sandwich, sauces, Subkrunch, etc. He looked at me and said I can’t add anything to it, I can only take stuff off. I’m like, I’m sorry, isn’t your motto “Have it your way”? Blank stare. I said dude, the SubKrunch comes with this sandwich. He looks at me and says is that all? I’m like yeah, just what’s supposed to be on the sandwich. He then wraps it up, minus the SubKrunch, brings it to the cashier and gave it a squeeze as he put it down. At that point, I just decided rasing hell over it wasn’t worth it, so I took my flattened, crappy sandwich and left. I will not be returning here. There are much better sandwich shops just down the road from this place. 100% recommend people eat elsewhere.

Have to say that the crew that works on Tuesdays are so friendly, personable, and make very good sandwiches. My roast beef sandwich was made to perfection. Not to mention I love walking in on the football conversations love it! Jen thanks for being at this Subway. I hope they get recognized for such great customer service they give to us customers.
The store is super clean, smells great, I don’t worry about cleanliness at this subway I always see someone cleaning something and never standing around. The restrooms are even clean… #localguide

Just went to this subway in louisville next kingsoopers. Used to like this place. Had not been there in a while, very disappointed. They kids were nice,but somehow with only two people in line they messed up my order and the guy behind me. I got his sandwich he got mine. They were very frugal, with topping too. I called to see what might do first got a disconnected number then got an answering machine. They really need to work on their customer service and processes. Now I know why I haven’t seen them busy. Maybe under new management? My suggestion would be to other’s check your order before you leave, and do have high expectations.

Got an online order about 7:30 pm and ordered a 12” veggie on Italian. There was barely any veggies on the sandwich, the employee brought it out and said nothing before going back in like there were 20 customers in there when there was 1. I usually check before I leave to make sure it’s right but tonight I didn’t since I was over this day and tired. The lettuce (barely any) was slimy n brown, I got 3 pieces of onion, 5 cucumbers, and 3 pieces of green pepper.
Paying 10+ for a “sandwich” with slimy lettuce, n barely anything on it is disappointing. Didn’t need the attitude from the employee either. If you come anytime close to 8 when they close (even though it says 9) good luck. Your food matches their attitude and it sucks.

Can’t remember if the person who waited on us was Justin or Jeremy. 07/04/25 walked in at the last minute before closing time & ordered several very large sandwiches. This staff member was soooo courteous & had such a great attitude. Made terrific sandwiches just the way we liked them. Too bad there was no olives. Shipping issue apparently. Great job!!!!!

I go to Subway once a week at various locations, and this one is definitely my favorite! The staff is skilled – even when there’s a new person, they make the sandwich so neatly. Other ones make it so it all falls out of the side and such. These guys know what’s up. Shout out to Quinton – he is so sweet!! Wonderful at his job. Great customer service 🙂

Let’s just say my experience at this subway was notable enough for me to leave a review. First, when I entered the subway, a young man named Logan (I did not get his last name but he had blonde hair) introduced himself helping me make my sandwich, and talking with me the whole time, this made my day! Second, the sandwich that this young man made me was delicious! He made sure to prepare the sandwich exactly like I wanted it and was lively and positive the whole time. Anyway, if you’re thinking about coming to the subway, I highly suggest it. The staff working here are awesome and I would come back here again just have the same experience.
