I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order. Upon consuming my sesame chicken, I encountered a screw within the meal. The presence of such an object is deeply concerning, and I am at a loss to understand how this occurred. Regrettably, I will no longer be placing orders with your establishment.

You can’t go in and eat, takeout only. From the looks of other reviews it’s been this way for years. They have a whole dining room set up, seems like sheer laziness? Disappointing.

I love this place but couple things went down hill. No more veggie egg rolls the good ones and they don’t give you hot mustered unless you ask. It used to come with it and sometimes I forget to ask because I’m used to it just being in the order. But other than that love the food.

I’ve hesitated to write a review for Lucky Bamboo because I know every place has “off” days, new trainees, or a true accident (not a lazy mishap.) The food, for the most part, is very good. I don’t understand the portions – as I can order the same size of 2 items and one will come in the white carton and the other filled to the brim in a black plastic container. This isn’t a matter of ordering a special menu item vs. a regular item.
My big issue is their packaging. I have yet to get a bag of food that didn’t have at least one dish with most of it’s sauce leaked out. Now, for some dishes this is just an annoyance, but for others, it destroys the meal. My husband likes spicy food, so he gets a special sauce. When we get it and the sauce is leaked out all over the bag, it is a huge dissapointment. It also can leak into white carton items (like rice) and contaminate them. I say “contaminate” because my 3 year old can’t have some of those items and we specifically ask certain things have sauce on the side.
I would love to give 5 stars for their congeniality, willingness to make off menu dishes, pricing and flavor…. but I can’t due to the issue above.

Excellent menu! Lee is such a sweet owner! I need to be gluten free and she always makes sure my meals are safe. She even makes some “naked” sweet and sour chicken for me….which is non breaded chicken and it is so good.

The food is great! Flavor is top notch. We had the sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef lo mein, and kids chicken meal with egg drop soup. The egg drop soup is different than the traditional you’re used to.

By far the best Chinese food out there. I’ve tried many different restaurants and this one is by far the best. It’s too bad you can’t eat inside but still a very nice place with great food

From the second we walked in out server was very rude and the food wasn’t good enough to make up for it. I explained what I wanted and she was like it’s right there on the chicken column. Sorry I didn’t see it. She then asked about the egg roll and rice and I said I wouldn’t like rice and she was very rude about it. We didn’t even get her name.

This location has changed ownership many times over the last 20 years. It has always been a decent place to get Chinese food in the area. I would recommend if you are in town, but there are better places to get Chinese Food if you want to travel.
