We’ve came here for dinner and for lunch on many occasions since around Thanksgiving. Every time the lettuce is turning brown. The Turkey and Ham have been good and the bread does not seem old.

One weird thing to note… the restroom closest to the order station is always locked! No out of order sign or anything. We’ve sat and ate before and no one has ever come out. I’ve knocked on the door and get no response.

I finally asked the worker why that door is always locked and how there’s no out of order sign. The worker just looks at me like he’s magically stopped understanding English.

Amazing service!
I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Angelo. He was super friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. He paid attention to every detail and had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell he cares about doing a good job. Thanks, Angelo, for the excellent service!

This was by far the worst sandwich that I have ever eaten from a subway. The bread was so dry that it left crumbs in the wrapping. My husband and I both got sandwiches and ended up throwing both away because the bread was so dry you could hardly bite through it.The boy behind the counter less than helpful and unprofessional.

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across from a Subway employee. When I joked about how the 6″ was more like 4 1/2 because the coworker obviously didn’t cut the bread correctly in half. I got really attitude. I get the staff at these locations aren’t rocket scientists, but they could at least be nice to customers. Sad.
I was going to eat in, but the employee made the atmosphere so bad. I ate in my car. Terrible set up.

New store, Subway experience you expect. Very clean! Good food and friendly staff. This location is in soft opening as of 15 Jan 2022. Grand opening soon. Staff still in training, may take longer then normal to make your sandwich. Manager was onsite, very friendly and helpful, hands-on training staff. When the staff gets up to speed I hope to raise my rating to 5 starts next time. Next to Del Taco near Walmart neighborhood market. Nice location near homes but difficult to get to. From the south use the roundabout to get to Walmart and go north through the parking lot. From the North go through the light and take an immediate right past the Walmart gas station. No drive through, lobby is open. Save time and order ahead on the app.

Filthy, no straws and the fountain was out of the two drink flavors we wanted. One person working. I legit waited for 30 + minutes for 1 sandwich. Arrived at 6:45 and didn’t get sandwhich till nearly 7:20. When he went to go make the sandwhich i saw him tear something off the meat. (Cold cut combo) Turns out it growing something and he just tore it off and didn’t throw all the meat away. Didnt realize until my daughter and i had already eaten some but the meat we gray and still had some mold. My daughter and I who shared the sandwich ended up with food poisoning.

The bread they made my sandwich with was incredibly stale. It was falling apart and hard. Sadly, it pretty much ruined the rest of the sandwich… I ended up getting two pieces of white bread at home to replace it. Much better but definitely not what’s it’s supposed to be. I honestly am not one to leave a bad review anywhere, but I was really looking forward to my food, and I’m very sad. I added low stars for the employee, as he didn’t make the sandwich correctly/didn’t make the meal with fresh bread, and he talked very quietly, so it was hard to understand him. Other than that, the place was nice and clean. Seemed well taken care of, and the cookie were got was delicious. My husband’s sandwich was also amazing.

I had submitted a review on there website. I had ordered double the amount of meat on one and had only received the standard amount the other sandwich was suppose to be a footlong and I had received a 6 inch tried telling me that it was a 12 inch and was incorrect so I will no longer go to that location.

We have come to this Subway 3 times over about a one year period. First of all, they are slow. The first time we came here, they were completely out of bread at around 7 pm. The second time, the bread was a bit old, but we had taken it home, so we ate it. The third and last time, we again went home, which is about 5 minutes away, and discovered that the bread was hard on the ends and so dry it was crumbling. When we took it back, they wanted to make us a new sandwich and they got the bread from behind the bread where they had made the first sandwich. When we said we didn’t want a new sandwich, they were visibly upset with us but gave us our money back. They then threw the old bread away. So they intentionally gave us old bread hoping we would just accept it. We will not be back.

The manager Hailey doesnt care about this place at all, look at these pictures, this is what happens when the owner is in Minnesota and have a manager who doesnt care.
one star is too much for this place, almost out of everything and whatever they have looks old, waste of $40.
