I was looking forward to enjoying the limited edition Jack o’ Lantern pizza. I ordered ahead for delivery at 5:30pm the following day. I waited nearly 2 hours and still did not receive my order. I tried calling the store, but they were unavailable to accept my call. Finally, I reordered from Door Dash and they got it straightened out. The fact that I blew $39 on a pizza that never arrived is inexcusable. I am hurt, offended, and genuinely believe I got screwed over. Never order directly from the store; just Door Dash it.

What a disappointing experience. First off I ordered curbside pickup. Checked in and after 10 minutes sitting in my car I walked inside. Picked up the pizza and headed home. I ordered the pizza square cut and yes it was cut square and pie cut. What a mess when I opened the box. Not even the worst part of this order. The Italian sausage coverage looked as though the maker may have tossed a small handful from across the room. I am embarrassed for them and if the manager lets a pizza like this go out the door they aren’t “managing” anything. Won’t be back.

The cheeseburger pizza is back! This is one of my favorites. This pizza has an awesome sauce. Topped with beef, dill pickles, tomatoes, and plenty of cheese. I always get the spicy garlic dipping sauce and saw they added a zesty sauce as well. This location is closest to where we live, so we have ordered from here many many times. Toppings are never scarce and evenly distributed. Friendly staff when I picked up.

I love pizza so much my wife says I will turn into one. I have my hands full with my dog and doing taxes. I put on instructions if they could do no contact.
The manager I will say is Great and good person giving me positive offer!! Thank you

I’m glad he takes the customers side. I feel bad for calling customer service. During my situation with a certain driver who got angry with me that got way out of hand. Almost had to call the cops. That was first for me. I had my neighbors 3 year old kid cry and mom get scared.

My issue isn’t with the place, it’s with this poor excuse for a new item. Here is a picture and a description of what it actually is which is nothing more than a small pizza cut in half and then folded over for you. Interesting that being, since most people fold their slices of pizza to eat them but they chose to eliminate a step in the eating process and in their minds only believe that they created an entirely new item

I placed an order online at 9:50 AM. The store did not open till 10. The employee who opened the store was late so they did not get my order. The order is supposed to be delivered at 11 around 1120. I called talk to the manager, Ryan and explain to him and he said that his employee showed up late so he expedited my order And took care of me. Very impressed on the Customerservice. I’ll definitely go back to him.

This use to be our favorite Papa Johns. They were always so friendly and always got our order correct. But for the last few months it has really went down hill. They are always getting our orders wrong. Then when we let them know they get mad and try to argue with us. Friday night the lady tried to argue with me that I ordered one of the pizzas the way they made it. I had to pull up my order online and show her that wasn’t correct. She then got angry and said fine and remade it. We waited 20 mins. in the car. Then I went back in to get the remade pizza. They told me it was about to come out. By the time I got home my other pizzas were cold and the one that they remade was actually still not cooked all the way. I had to put them all in the over. One to cook and the others to warm up. This is about the 5th time we have had an issue. Needless to say we will never go back to this location again. We use to go every Friday night because we do family pizza night. But we be taking our business else were.

The driver drove past my house(I called the manager to let them know the driver just passed and might be lost, was told to call back in 15 minutes), and then proceeded to deliver our order to someone 10 minutes away, on the other side of 140(total wait time 1 hour 30 minutes to not get a pizza). The manager only offered to refund, or deliver without any expediting of the order. Poor Poor service. I have worked in retail and customer service for 30 years, and I definitely would have been more sympathetic and gone out of the way to rapidly replace the order or compensate for the loss of time and inconvenience. Will not be ordering from this location again!!
