I ordered two nacho cheese deluxe tacos, a burrito, and a crunchwrap supreme. One taco was pure beans with a little lettuce on top, one taco was pure beef with a little lettuce on top, and the crunch wrap supreme was a wonky shape of tortilla wrapped around tortilla…with a little lettuce inside. Zero beef or anything else. Everything was stale and cold.

I’m not one to care about the aesthetics aspect, but the rest I can’t wrap my head around. I can’t imagine someone being so woefully bad at the job to make the items as they were, so I can only assume apathy or someone being high or drunk while working. I reached out about it and have been waiting over a week for their “response”.

Just save yourself some trouble and go to literally anywhere else, even just a different Taco Bell. Taco Bell on Knickerbocker is apparently prone to just slap stuff together and call it good.

The cashier was nice, but whoever made my food is ridiculous. I ate three chips and then i see that 90% of my nachos is just chips. And the cheap bag they give you for all of our food just tore. I got a five layer burrito that is pretty much all beans and a little cheese.

bathroom no soap or despenser, how do employees wash hands here? Photo taken 1 hr after I informed employees that the mens room was out of soap, there was an empty despenser on wall just to the left of the mirror, there response was to remove the despenser I guess.

I enjoyed my food, but we waited forever to get it. Several people walked out before getting their food. It appeared they were taking care of the drive through first.

Absolute chaos in this place. The drive thru doesn’t work, so you go inside. There are 6 people ahead of you and when it’s your turn the cashier points to the digital ordering screen and says “use this, we’re trying to get more people to use these,” as he turned around and walked away without taking my order. This store is consistently bad. It’s clear that the issue is how much they’re paying people and how few employees work here. If you pay someone $9/hr, they’re going to give you $9/hr worth of work EVERY hour of their career there. We drove to the Sherwood location, which was quicker but they didn’t give us the chips we ordered, their dr. Pepper had very little syrup, the cheesy fiesta potatoes tasted old and dry and totally inedible and my cheesy bean and rice burrito was about 2/3rds the size it usually is. Same price though. 4/5 items I paid for that were inedible or I feel cheated on. If I could give zero stars 0/5, I would because the one star they got for the one item was negated by the experience at the first store and the 4 or so mile commute to this other location. Nearly $15 down the toilet.

I have to wait long intervals between visits because there’s no consistency aside from the inconsistencies in products and service.

BOOOO Taco Bell

Fast, friendly, and the food tastes great! The only issue is if you’re paying with cash there is a delay. Employees will encourage you to use the kiosk before they will take orders at the counter.

Customer service was amazing. Manager and front counter person working at 7:30 on 10/24/25 was amazing. Our food bag busted on the way out and they kindly and graciously remade our food. Amazing people

Service was great. The gentleman at the window was professional and friendly, but after spending $13 on a Cantina Burrito meal, I get this sorry excuse of a burrito. This thing is thinner than my index finger and barely has any chicken. Complete waste of money.

The guy working the drive thru was incredibly positive and funny. Even though he said he was new he politely and correctly took our order even suggesting to change our order into a combo meal to save us some money. I don’t know his name but his introduction was “I’m here for you” which was sincere and made us feel important

Yep! Taco Bell, Proudly serving up broken, soggy, stuck to the wrapper tacos for your enjoyment. They should be served with a spork so you can options of scooping or sporking them up as needed. No pictures needed, everyone who has ordered tacos knows what they look like. Mush!
