These are the 2 baked potatoes that turned up tonight, they are either days old or gone bad but how on earth do you have the audacity to sell this! Fries were cold and you couldn’t even make the burger as requested! Will never give you our money in exchange for food AGAIN!

Nasty place ! The woman at the front counter wanted me to order the new burger and I told her no she was like oh come on order it trying to push food on me that I didn’t want I ended ordering Dave’s classic meal the fries was horrible cold old fries the burger was also cold ! No ketchup and the soda machine was empty the lobby floors was dirty and the tables was dirty as well I won’t be back this was my first and last visit I’m on vacation and this place was nasty

DO NOT EAT HERE! This place NEVER fails to give you the wrong food! I have gone there four times and every time they have just thrown random food into the bag. I’ve gone when it was busy and when it was dead and it doesn’t make a difference you will never get what you have ordered. The staff is either incompetent of just doesn’t care.

Food was what you expect from Wendy’s. Service was super slow. We waited 15-20 for our food.
Atmosphere: Rap music from the kitchen competed with the music over dining room speakers and was very distracting. Not a pleasant “dining” experience. Won’t be back.

We went through drive through today & was 2nd in line. After about 10 min or so we finally made it to the speaker. The gentleman apologized for taking a while due to staffing & let us know it may be another 10 min before they get to us. We were willing to wait. After about 10 min, the gentleman jumped on & apologized for the wait again & asked to take our order. As we were ordering he became more & more short with us because we had 7 in our party to order. By the time we got done, we jst decided to elsewhere because he was downright rude!!! Lost our business for a while & we’ll be sure to let others know not to go there as well.

I ordered a Taco Salad and a Bacon Mushroom Single Combo. We were told it would be 8 minutes wait, to pull into the pick up spot. When we got home the burger was horrible looking, the meat very crunchy and the bun looked old. All I had for the salad was greens with corn and shredded cheese. I took the salad back. The manager who was not wearing a hair net started telling me what my salad should have with it! Acting very nasty! I know what the salad should have! However it was not with it!!! Then after 2 people have touched my Salad without gloves on (the window guy and the manager) they sent the same salad back to me with another bag with the fixings in it.
