I was trying to place an order online however I could not see where to remove items from the burger to have it my way…. So I went inside and a lady who was just coming into work stopped to help me very nice of her got it taken care of got my order…..
I got a Whopper and I got some cheese tots which I did not like at all they tasted like a biscuit mix and that’s all I could taste… though I saw pieces of tater tot in there but I could not taste the potato so I won’t be getting those again…… It was just like eating dough…..But the burger itself was very fresh lettuce crisp….nice red tomatoes and I appreciated that cuz I only eat hamburgers about three times a year…..

Burger and fries were good, as expected. Not busy at all and a nice spot to dine alone. The only problem I noticed was the fountain station was not clean and I had to wipe down my own table and seat. The canned music was also getting boring. But everyone was nice.

My first time here this store just opened about a week ago. There was some growing pain issues with the ice machine outside the lobby. There was no ice, but Ashley was very helpful and friendly enough to offer to give me ice from the back turned out totals were also flat from the same machine upfront in the lobby, but Ashley kindly Got me a new soda from the back with ice and it was amazing thank you Ashley for making my experience way better I would definitely be back and tell my friends unfortunately I was too hungry and was not able to take picture of burger, but it was the bomb!!!!

Just went through the drive thru and ordered the original chicken sandwich (OCS). The woman at the window, as she handed me back my card, looked me in the eyes and said, “That sandwich is disgusting.” Her coworker asked what sandwich, and she replied, “The OCS.” He made a comment that the modifications I made to the sandwich made it edible, but normally it was a, “Nasty Vicky.” Why in the world am I paying for a sandwich that the drive thru employee tells me to my face is disgusting and nasty? I’ve seen the gentleman on the night shift before, but never the lady that took my card. Shocking and unwelcoming experience.

We were not charged for the correct meal sizes. We asked for large and only recieved medium. You can barely read your receipt because a lot of the main details are faded.
Then we tried requesting a plastic bag and my request was ignored. The lady said have a great night and shut the window with her back to us. If you have time to stand around and talk you have time to open up the window to answer a customers request. Then we get home with barely any ketchup & no napkins. Mayonnaise and ketchup dripping all over the hamburger.

Fast food, no complaints with that. But, pay attention with the staff, they should be better, maybe the place needs more people to improve the service. Ms Vickie was nice.

Almost missed this newly open Burger King. Hidden behind vacant lots on Perrin Beitel & off of Wurzbach Parkway. My Navigator assured I got to this location directing me to take roadway running by US Post Office . It is a small compact facility. Customers deal with people, not kiosks. Parking at two locations. A bicycle rack is outside. Inside dining. At the condiment counter is a ketchup pump. No packs or bottles of ketchup around. Substituted my drink with a classic shake with Texas double pattie combo. Bill came to $12.33. Enjoyed the fries, vanilla shake & the juicey burger with all the ingredients except Jalapeño peppers.

I had a small issue with the delivery itself, not BK. Yet I would like to acknowledge Vicky for being kind and helpful. If she sees this: thank you for keeping my food warm since the delivery fell thru. I appreciate that very much. I love this BK because my order is always correct, fast service, and friendly workers. Food always tastes good too.

Mimi took my order at the Drive Thru, she was courteous and patient. She offered to upsize each of my combos, I ordered 2 #1’s. When paying she already had my drinks in carrier without asking me and our food was hot and neatly packaged, she even had napkins and ketchup in the bag for me. I know fast food has a high turn over for employees. It’s hard to find great customer service people but Mimi is IT! I’m not blowing smoke here, she works the late shift so if you’re in the area and craving a good burger go visit her. Also, my food was perfectly cooked so my hats off to the late night cooking staff as well. Job well done!
