I like KFC a lot. There chicken strips & KFC sauce is unmatched. Comparable in deliciousness is there biscuits with honey sauce, (which is FREE btw). Sometimes we’ll get some original recipe but not often. The only thing that gets me about our little KFC is the service I receive a lot of the time. There’s a young man w glasses that’s there during the evenings he’s pretty good, but there’s others that I wish didn’t work there n keep me from visiting as often

Came here with my family and ordered a tender family meal. Was told that they didnt have any tenders that they would have to drop some. We asked how long it would be and was told 5-6 minutes. Which was ok. 19 minutes later my wife goes in and the food is ready. Not sure why they told us 5-6 minutes. Does the workers not know how long it takes to cook the food they make everyday? Lee’s will have my business from now on. Update- got home and our order of fries were missing. Called the restaurant before leaving the house, worker answered and told me to hold for a minute. Drove to the restaurant still on hold. Got fries, and returned home while still on hold. Screenshot posted from the call where I listened to the phone sitting on the counter. I finally hung up. Absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully the owner sees this and fixes the restaurant.

I have to say it’s been a long time since I’ve been at the KFC, especially after eating over in Campbellsville when they first open. Threw their chicken in the garbage where belong. I didn’t trust KFC after that which KFC has always been my favorite. I was surprised, excellent customer service the lady that serve was a doll I appreciate her.. The slaw was delicious just like I remember KFC. The chicken on the other hand, I think a day old. It didn’t seem fresh, but I got a good discount so I’m thankful. Bless yawl.

So my better half had bought a coupon book from a KFC in another city, but they never told her it wasn’t good until August 12th we went to the KFC in Russell springs and I presume it was one of the managers who is good enough to let us know that the coupons would not work until august, so we made our choice from the available menu and they gave us two complimentary drinks because of the confusion, this review is not based upon just the drinks and the understanding do restaurant was very clean the staff was very friendly, and made you feel like you were a wanted customer, the chicken we got was nice hot freshly made large enough pieces to say it’s better than some other places that sell chicken the side dishes were fresh tasted good the biscuits look a little bit smaller than I remember but then again I’m getting older based upon my visit I would highly recommend this KFC I’m usually critical of places when I review if they suck but this location gets complete five star

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Always missing something or asked to exchange due to being out of things. Last time told me 25 minutes wait on chicken. When I called manager next day she said rules only allow certain amount of chicken can be cooked. Won’t ever go back. Ask me to post but couldn’t until I gave a Star they didn’t deserve a star take it away.

Have been here 5 times ⏲️ because it’s close but most times I get home and something is missing from order but was charged for .
I blame this on the manager because if you let your drive through window help play with their phone while serving the customer it a lack of paying attention to customer and that is why I will drive 20 miles to a different KFC personally I wouldn’t go to KFC but a sick family member wants to order it .
I find it to be over priced for the quality of the product and the lack of attention when orders are filled .

Ordered an 8pc all dark for my family. Got home. only had 2 thighs and 6 wings. I’m not happy. Called the store and they said would replace it if I brought it all back up there. Problem, my kids have already started eating. So, the hubby and I are going hungry. Thanks for not getting right the first time. Never eat here again.
