Only ones in, and we were kinda forgotten about. 3 people, and we ended with an almost $100 bill. No itemized receipt was given. Interesting how things add up.. three meals and tea, water and soda.

Please read very honest review thank you.

Food: Ordered the chicken flatus they looked crispy on the menu i like crispy flatus. They came out and they looked like mini burritos. The rice was bland and the beans were very disappointing. Guacamole salad was really good. Wife got the fajitas maya fish was not even finished it was still cold and wet.
Kids got the Kids taco it was very soggy.

Food Continued: That was only my food… The wife and kids threw theirs away., no one ate their food. We decided to throw it all away and order pizza from short stop.

Establishment/Service: Very nice on the phone and easy to order for pickup. Establishment looked better on the inside than expected inside looks horrible.

We came really early on a Tuesday (4pm). We were the only diners and got special attention. The restaurant is very clean and very modestly decorated, but we came for the food and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED! I’m not driving to Manhattan anymore for Mexican food. This place is my new favorite. I had the Flautas and my companion had the Burrito Jalisco they were absolutely PERFECT. The chips and salsa were better than any place north of New Mexico and that’s saying a lot. The server kept our drinks and chips full and the Pico de Gallo was fresh and flavorful. I have NOTHING but great things to say about our visit. If you live within driving distance, forget all the others and give this a try. They don’t have signage on or above the restaurant, just a neon open sign on a side window, so use Google maps and I’ll include a photo. After crossing the bridge across Milford Lake and following the road curving west through Wakefield’s tiny business area, it will be just of the road on the right side. If you pass Dollar General, you’ve gone too far. Enjoy!

Basic Mexican food. The food could have been hotter temperature wise. What they serve for salsa is not salsa. Not sure how to categorize it.
