Well let’s first start by saying how immaculately clean the subway is if you look at the machines ,the areas that you get your food ,the areas you get your drinks ,everywhere is so clean I mean, spotless. I’m not going to lie. I didn’t even get any food, but when I say ,the atmosphere makes me wanna get food and the service of the people there this makes me smile and I just wanna say thank you guys!! Keep up the amazing smiles and service !! Thank you for keeping your place of service so clean !!

Do not eat here! I found a piece of hair bass into my bread, and when I brought it to the attention of the workers, they insisted that they couldn’t give me a refund just for the sandwich. The worker also try to say she didn’t see it and try to blame it on the seasoning on the bread so then I insisted on pulling it out for her so she can see it better as you can see in the picture it was a strand of hair, and she still try to deny it and offered to make me a new one I didn’t even ask for a refund for the whole meal that I paid for which is $25. I guess I should’ve read the reviews before I came.

This subway doesn’t accept the paid coupons that are sent out even though they have signs posted that they do. When asked why I was told the owner of this particular one says not to accept any of the subway coupons free or paid because they don’t take into consideration the cost of the goods.

Don’t ever order online here. They skip out on your meat, cheese, and veggies. Ordered an ultimate bmt and only got 2 slices of each meat on each side of the foot long, didn’t give me my double cheese, and gave me only 2 pieces of each veggie. Not only that but we recieved the wrong drink for our meal and put extra things we didn’t ask for on another one of our sandwiches. Worst experience from a subway ever

Kumar and NJ was very helpful and so nice to me and my family when we came to get subs tonight. We are very picky people and they helped us with so much enthusiasm, and willingness to do whatever the customer “we” said we wanted or needed. They gave us premier customer service! Thank you guys hopefully I see you the next time because the sandwiches was delicious! Oh as well as my mom doesn’t eat meat and they were willing to bring her a new washed knife! So kind of them with no attitude or anything! Very much appreciate it!

This place needs to learn about customer service, i was in here last week and the guy made a mistake and charged another customer with my moms order, mind you it was just chips that he charged the customer for her, instead of apologizing he gets upset. Starts huffing and puffing at the lady and goes in the tip jar and refunds her 1.58 very rudely. I had to tell the worker to calm down its not a big deal.
Cool we move on, well guess what today i go in ordered a philly cheese steak, everything was fine until we get to adding salt & pepper and the pepper container was not closed properly therefore a ton of pepper spilled on to the sandwich. The worker making it which im sure is the owner try’s to dust off the pepper and continue, i said to him “i can’t eat that and please remake” he says its fine and continues to argue that it is good. I didn’t even bother arguing i just left. I have been going there for years, i guess 12.00 is more important than doing the right thing , which was to simply remake the sandwich.

I came to this location after having a horrible experience at another subway close by. My daughter really wanted Subway, so I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick up, my order was ready ahead of the promised time and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I ordered 2 pizzas. One looked great, the other had burnt crust. I asked for another one or a refund. The owner insisted that it was the cheese burnt vs the crust. I politely and respectfully disagreed. He didn’t want to provide a refund and said don’t come back. I’ve been here a few times in the past. But never again. Business owner is very rude even when treated with the utmost respect.
