I’ve wanted to come here for a few months and today I finally did. The plan was to get a few happy hour options but it was so good I ended up venturing into more. First, I had their signature martini with gin. This martini was fantastic, nice and dirty with blue cheese stuffed olives. Next I had a delicious wedge salad with tons of blue cheese, tomato and bacon. After that I had their happy hour oysters which were from British Columbia and by far the best oysters I have had since moving to El Paso. Finally I had another happy hour dish that consisted of prosciutto, I believe sardines and green olives, once again outstanding. The plan was to stop there but the deviled eggs and shrimp cocktail called my name, and I obliged. Everything was outstanding! But seriously the best part was the service. From the bartender, to the chef, to the owner, I had 4 people check on me just to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my meal. El Paso usually isn’t the best place for service and especially not the best place for seafood. Pearl Divers Oyster Bar changes that narrative. It is the kind of place you might see in Portland, Seattle or San Francisco, absolutely amazing. THE best restaurant experience I’ve had in El Paso and it’s not even close.

This is my second time in El Paso for work, and once again the food scene has me questioning everything I thought I knew. This place is divine. The oysters, the seafood, the tuna carpaccio FRESH. The tuna was seasoned perfectly, not doing too much, just effortlessly good with a surprisingly hint of heat. The dirty pearl martini though! Absolutely warmed my NYC heart. Prices were reasonable, service was A1, and my expectations were fully exceeded. I’ll definitely be back probably sooner than planned.

My wife and I went to this spot for date night and to get our seafood fix here in El Paso. I stumbled across this restaurant after googling seafood in the area and reading the reviews and they did not disappoint. The establishment was clean, great customer service and attentiveness, and the food was fresh. The martini that I had was awesome. I really love the touch of the blue cheese olives, the little gem Caesar was tasty and filling while the fish and chips were amazing and crisp and a mixed seafood. The mediterranean crudo was so flavorful, my wife and I really loved the scallop and salmon that was a part of the dish. We also thoroughly enjoyed the oyster Rockefeller as well. We would definitely visit again as the price to quality of food level was perfect.

My husband and I found the cutest little seafood spot for date night
I had my favorite drink with blue cheese olives (my obsession), fries, a Caesar salad, and of course fresh oysters. Everything was so good!
Great service and the vibe was so cute. Definitely coming back.

We had the absolute BEST experience celebrating Valentine’s Day at Pearl Divers. The food was so fresh! We got the oysters to start which I highly recommend as a must! The lobster roll and the steak frites were out of this world! The service was incredible and my vodka dirty martini was by far the best in town! Do yourself a favor and plan your next dinner date or happy hour at Pearl Divers!

We had dinner for New Year’s Eve. Food was delicious, great service, and neat atmosphere. Ordered the oysters, skewered anchovies, tuna carpaccio, beef tartare, and lobster roll. Will definitely be visiting again. We made a reservation. Not sure on time if it’s a walk-in. 1 minor downfall, water glasses are tiny. I felt bad bugging the server for water.

By far the best place to get oysters, came here and tried different kinds of oyster and was pleasantly shocked at the flavor differences. Also had the fish and chips, everything was phenomenal. I highly recommend coming during happy hour to feast on as many as you can!

Fantastic First Visit!
This was our first time dining here, and everything exceeded our expectations. We started with oysters on the half shell and clam chowder—both fresh and delicious. The tuna carpaccio followed, beautifully presented and full of flavor. We finished with Oysters Rockefeller, which were perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty.
The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was friendly, attentive, and worked seamlessly as a team. My daughter also loved her cocktail, the Mexican Firing Squad—refreshing and well-balanced.
All in all, an outstanding dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Visiting from out of town and didn’t have high expectations for El Paso, Texas, but this food and the quality was phenomenal! The scallops and oysters tasted as if they were collected minutes before serving. Was VERY pleasantly surprised.
