And customer service was outstanding again.Thank you Sean you are beyond amazing!!
The staff is super welcoming and helpful.Sean really goes above and beyond for all the guests. That warm and attentive staff beside the super yummy food, that made our experience even better. This place never disappoints, and the authentic flavors are unforgettable. Thank you Shahs team!!
We ordered a chicken platter and two lamb gyros, the sort of late-afternoon, hunger-in-your-gut choices that tell you more about a place than any prix fixe menu ever will.
The chicken platter came out like something made by someone who’s done this a thousand times and still gives a damn. Juicy chicken, seasoned with intention. Rice that tasted like it had actually seen a kitchen, not a factory. The white sauce — cool and comforting — and the hot sauce with that slow-burn swagger you only get from people who understand flavor on a spiritual level.
The lamb gyros were the kind of street-food poetry I miss: tender lamb, warm pita, flavors layered like a good story. Honest food. No pretense, no shortcuts.
And Vito — the guy’s got the quiet competence of someone who’s seen the lunch rush, the late-night crowds, the whole spectrum of humanity passing by his counter. He works fast, but never rushed. Focused, but never cold. It’s the rhythm of real kitchens, the ones that feed cities and keep them alive.
Places like this don’t get written up in glossy magazines. They don’t need to. They exist for people who know good food when they taste it, and who appreciate the hands that make it.
Shah’s is lucky to have Vito. And we’ll be back — not just for the food, but for the small reminder that good meals, like good people, can still surprise you
It’s not only advertising their business but feeding local people!!! In this economy it’s above and beyond of being good human!
I would give them 10 * if I could.
The food itself was tasty (Chicken over rice w small salad). There are other foods on the menu as well like Gyros…
The service was good and relatively fast.
I will definitely go back.
Thanks again for greatness!
Thank you!
You can customize just how you want it
Big portions! Very Nice Staff!
Service was fine, the woman who took and assembled my order was nice but really slow at assembling the gyro.
This was only the soft opening, so maybe things will get better when it opens on September 12 but right now, it’s a new restaurant and sill has some kinks to work out.
Also gotta shout out the staff everyone’s always friendly and moves fast, even when there’s a line. You can tell they care about the food they’re putting out. There is plenty of free parking and clean tables inside and out.
If you’re debating whether to try Shah’s, this is your sign. Come hungry and don’t skip the extra sauce.
The staff was friendly and patient while I figured out what to order, and the place was clean and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.
If you’re craving something satisfying, affordable, and delicious, Shahs Halal is absolutely worth the stop. I’ll definitely be back.
