What an absolutely delightful, delicious and divine restaurant! It is incredibly clean and welcoming inside, with options to order on a screen or with a person. Very reasonably priced menu options. So far I have had miso soup, gyoza, shumai, shrimp tempura roll, California roll and spicy tonkotsu ramen – every single one has been outstanding! The staff are all very friendly and kind.

We initially came here just stoked to find a poke bowl place, and have now made it a regular stop any time we come through West Chester. They have a full sushi menu as well, and the fish is always super fresh. High quality bowls, rolls, build your own options, and fun apps we’re still working through. Most recently we tried the Takoyaki, one of the best I’ve had! Great teas/boba and soft serve as well. We love the vibe of this place and everyone who works here is always super friendly. Highly recommend!

Lovely place. Interior is very modernized and sleek. The staff are welcoming and friendly. When you walk in, there’s two kiosks to order food. You can also order at the cashier’s desk. You can see them make all the poke bowls and sushi rolls. Fish tasted fresh. Other ingredients were also very fresh. Lunch specials are good prices, especially for the Malvern area.

Fysh is definitely my new favorite sushi spot! The sushi was so fresh and the portions were perfect. Staff is so nice and always came by to check if we were ok. In addition to the sushi, their kitchen items were SO good. I highly recommend trying their donkatsu!!

I ordered take away. The few items I bought were delicious.
Miso soup was tasty not salty, Shumai was delicious as was the avocado salmon roll. Ive had lots of sushi and I definitely recommend FYSH. Nice menu too.

If you’re in the area and love sushi, you probably know about Mino, which, up until this point, I’ve considered to be the best in the area. However, after trying FYSH last night, it is very hard to say. Had the sushi and sashimi deluxe with my gf, and it was superb. The quality and freshness of the sashimi and the rolls were off the charts. We had the Super Dragon Roll, and the shrimp tempura was so satisfyingly crunchy. Somehow, the warm shrimp tempura worked really well with the cooler temperature of the roll overall. The texture and temperature of the sashimi was perfect. Although the vibe is more casual, you’ll be surprised by the quality of both the service and food.
Just one thing:
I was not a huge fan of the soy sauce, as it tasted too salty for me. Personally, I like when sushi places use low sodium soy sauce as it reduces the saltiness.
If you’re a sushi fan and you’re in the area, you have to try FYSH. Let the food speak for itself. We’ll definitely be back.

If you are looking for fresh, delicious sushi with quick and friendly service, look no further! The sashimi and poke bowls are prepared quickly but with care, and the servings are huge for the amount you pay. Drew, the owner, is very attentive and helpful in explaining the menu and keeps the restaurant running smoothly and cleanly. The interior is very modern and chic, and the food is so fresh. I really enjoyed the sashimi and the salmon lovers dish during lunch and the passionfruit tea was also delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

This was my second visit to the restaurant just this week. The food is really good, especially the rolls — they’re flavorful and nicely presented. However, the service needs improvement.
During the week, I saw the combo deals (2 or 3 rolls), but when I went to order, the promotion wasn’t available in the system. I ended up paying full price for the rolls, and the staff kindly offered me a miso soup as a courtesy. Today, I went back on the weekend and was told that the combos are not available on Saturdays and Sundays — but there’s no mention of that anywhere, not on the menu or on the screen showing the promotions.
It feels misleading: they advertise the combos to attract customers, but there’s always some excuse when you try to get the deal. It’s a shame, because the food quality is excellent, but the customer service and transparency around promotions need serious improvement.
