Got a large strawberry milkshake that tasted absolutely terrible. It was mostly milk and had this weird off flavor, nothingnlike strawberry. I thought it was just me, but I had my friend try it, and he had the same reaction. I would avoid this place for ice cream

I love ice cream, but them again who doesn’t. . This cold stone is always jus the right amount of busy, you never really wait on line to long and the service is always super friendly.
Tonight I went way off my norm and had cake batter. Normally I stick to it he chocolate & peanut butter flavors but I wanted to step outside my y comfort zone and try something new. I wasn’t disappoint.

Ice cream normally tastes really good. A little pricey, but good none the less. Tonight the “lemon pie” ice cream was completely runny. It was very difficult to eat it. Also I asked about a certain discount I had heard about. The employee said he had to ask his manager Sydney. Well he went back to ask her and she very rudely yelled no. It just seemed super unprofessional.
Other than that, this Cold Stone has really great owners!

I used to go here frequently but I will stop going anymore due to hyegine concerns. The new staff chews gum with with an open mouth in front of the open open counter and the cold stone. I don’t want to consume human saliva.

Loved coldstone for many yrs.I found out today they give pup cups when I brought my pup (wasn’t planned) he lovessss ice cream ! Staff today was so kind ! Love going there for the amazing dark chocolate with almonds

Not worth the trip…. Went there last night for a large cup of Cookie Mintster . Noticed when the guy was mixing it , the portion seemed very small. When he placed it in the large cup it filled less than half of the cup so he just added more PLAIN mint ice cream on top. LAZY.. This was my first experience at this location and will be my last. Could have bought TWO half gallons of mint cookie ice cream from the grocery store for what I paid and it would have been MUCH better…….

This is a place where you can pig out on any variety of ice cream concoctions and feel glad you made the stop. Wish they had butterscotch ice cream, but the true test for me is vanilla. Just misses the mark. It seems less creamy and less flavorable than I remember, but memory plays tricks. Their apple pie vanilla ice cream assemblage is something you wouldn’t want your doctor to know you are eating, but I won’t tell if you don’t.
