Edit 2: I came in and received the replacement spinach and mushroom and got my husband a fatay and 1 other(can’t remember).
My 2 were amazing like they usually are so thank you for addressing the bake/stuffing issue.
The fatay we both agree doesn’t taste the same. It’s not as bright and citrusy as it used to be.
Edit: I greatly appreciate that you guys reached out! I would love to give you guys another go as this has been my go to place for an empanada craving.
Changing my rating to 3 stars for now for how responsive you guys are. Looking forward to changing it to 5 stars for the normal product I’m used to

Lovely find if you’re in the Louisville area!! Kind staff, homey environment, & deeeelicious empanadas!! Highly recommend getting a spread of their different sauces to accompany your meal. We will be returning soon!!

I’m a big fan of empanadas and it’s nice to have a local spot available! Lots of choices, each one is a pretty good size that’s filled well. No inside seating but outside seating on nice days. Only downside is a fee for credit card use that I only saw after I paid and left the store.

Such great flavor! Yes, you’ve got to try these empanadas. This location sits near the railroad tracks, and the parking isn’t obvious at first glance. Yes, the parking lot is off 30 yards or so to the East, and it looks like a vacant lot. They can totally get away with it, because the food is totally worth it! Go get some and see.

A hidden gem tucked in to a corner shack. Been a couple times now and everything I tryed has wonderful flavor. The bread is perfect, slightly flaky with a great texture. Staff is always smiling and welcoming. Really fast to grab a bite on the way home. Hands down the best empanadas I have had in Colorado. Will be back many times in the near future.

This place has a variety of empanadas already cooked and ready for a quick take-out snack, which I liked. The crust was nice and bready, not too fatty and flaky like other empanadas that I’ve had. However I think the fillings are too salty, and the other aspects of seasoning just don’t taste right to me. I tried chorizo, spicy ground beef, and steak and they were all similarly seasoned.
UPDATE: I actually like strong flavors and seasonings, and don’t need to go to something bland as the owner suggested below. I have over 100 reviews of many restaurants around the world and I stand by my original assessment that the seasoning for these empanada fillings could use some improvement.

We have bought Argentos Empanadas in person at the store, for take-out, had them delivered, and even found them at the farmer’s market in Louisville and immediately bought some for dinner. They are delicious!

Place, food is great. For the price, 5 stars all day. Parking is off about 40 ft away but easy enough to walk over as it’s off a busy street.
I have had other way smaller empanadas for more money, but these are delicious and filling. The half dozen for like 27 ish bucks deal was way worth it and perfect lunch 2 adults and 2 kiddos. I like the mushrooms /cheese, steak the best.

Fantastic food and fantastic customer service; my organization holds an annual event of between 500 and 800 people depending on the year, and twice now we have had The Argentos cater for us. They do such an amazing job in fulfilling the HUGE order -they deliver everything perfectly to plan, and everyone always compliments how delicious the empanadas are. I love working with The Argentos and highly recommend them!

The spinach and cheese one is my fave! I’m so happy we found this place that close to Broomfield. They have such a great range and different flavors to choose from. The choriqueso was a fave too! Please go try this place out and support a local business!
