This food was not good at ALL!!! I skipped over flying biscuit to try something new. Very disappointing ☹️. The grits were extremely greasy, did not eat it. The eggs and sausages were greasy too but were decent.. the pancakes tasted old, sure they were not made fresh. They had a deal for buy one breakfast sandwich get the other free. We didn’t receive that free one smh. Spent 35$ for absolute .

This was my second time here (first time a couple years ago and the experience was great)!!! When I remembered I could get exactly what I was craving there I ran to Donyas!!! When I tell you my feelings were so hurt!!! The portion size have changed (especially for the price $18 for this plate!) My eggs looked like scrambled mixed with boiled eggs! Grits soupy, the salmon looked sooo pretty but was more breading than salmon!!! The reviews lined up with my judgement bc I LITERALLY STOPPED (while trying to eat this mess) to go look at the reviews and INSTANTLY GOT PISSED!! It was DEFINITELY A LESSON LEARNED!!!

Ordered DoorDash staff was helpful when order got lost and communicated well but I have never in my life ate dry dark meat chicken. For the price the chicken quarter was a baby chicken and very dry , the cole slaw was very watery , the collards were to spicy (not everyone likes spice) we’ve ordered breakfast before and haven’t had any issues but will never order anything else due to 17$ plates for a quarter chicken not sure what this other stuff is but. Think a type of bread it’s burnt

I ordered through Uber eats from Donya’s Kitchen for the first time. I love it. It was a buy one get one free pork chop sandwich. Its a nice big portion both sandwiches. I was hesitant at first to try Donya’s Kitchen because of the reviews. I gave it a shot and I love it.
8/6 I just tried their rib tips dinner with their kool-aid. Amazing food! Hit the spot♥️♥️

Absolutely wonderful place. My boyfriend and I were greeted with smiles and genuinely felt welcome. The family here is lovely and you can tell the food is made with love. Speaking of the food, delicious! I had the Breakfast Bowl with chicken sausage, and it was so good. I couldn’t finish it, so I’m taking it back to the hotel with me to eat later on. My boyfriend got the Pulled Pork sandwich, and he could not stop raving about it. He practically inhaled it. We’re only in town for a few days, and he already told me we’re coming back so he can get the sandwich again. I loved this place.

Unbelievable!!!! I sent a coworker to get us some breakfast this morning and we decided to order from here because we were tired of Waffle House. A BIG MISTAKE!! The food was not good. All 3 plates had something very burnt on it. I couldn’t believe that someone would serve something like this. It’s like that person doesn’t care anything about the businesses reputation. I should have read the reviews first because they have a lot of negative reviews. I’m still in disbelief that someone would think it’s OK to put burnt food on someone’s plate. More than once at that.

I left a review of my first experience with this place on Doordash. After reading several of them here on Google, I would think that the owner would’ve made great strides and improvements by now, especially with the delivery side of the business. Aside from the complaints of some of the dishes being subpar to awful, those of missing ordered items and misrepresented advertising is very concerning. All menu items should list what is included (pieces of meat, bread, condiments, etc.), and delivery orders should have special attention paid to them, as customers should, at the very least, be given what they’ve paid for, even if the food isn’t as tasty, flavorful, or cooked properly.
I ordered the salmon croquettes with cheese eggs (scrambled soft) and cheese grits. This site’s picture of this particular meal looks very appealing and delicious, but it is misrepresented with three patties when, indeed, the customer only gets two. Shame on me for ordering anyway after reading many less-than-pleasant reviews, but I want to test this out for myself. I should’ve stuck with my gut though. The total price I paid was nowhere near commensurate with the quality and quantity of this meal. First, let me say that my salmon croquettes appeared to have been pre-made and pre-packaged. They reminded me of two large deep-fried hush puppies with “salmon seasoning” (if there is such a thing). Breading and fillers don’t make a salmon croquette…SALMON does. In addition, the TWO “balls” I received looked nothing like the THREE tasty-looking patties pictured on the site.
When it comes to my eggs, I’m very adamant about the way I want them cooked. Now, I’m not unreasonable and realize that if I’m having eggs delivered, enclosed heat will most likely continue to cook them, which is fine. But, the eggs I received were over-scrambled and had this hard, rubbery consistency. I still don’t believe they were real eggs. My grits were season-“less” and had a very watery consistency. The cheese??? When I think of cheese eggs and cheese grits, I’ve always had both with the cheese cooked (melted and blended) within, and not sprinkled or plopped on top half melted. Take a look again at your picture on your site…neither my grits nor my eggs had an inkling of resemblance.
With all that being said, I do wonder if the owner has a staff or is he/she cooking solely? This matters when it comes to care taken to accommodate and please the customer and in practicing consistency. The mixed reviews of this establishment are surely contrary. Customers, repeat customers, and customers “to be” are and will be your “bread and butter,” and the owner should take heed before his/her reputation and integrity are withered down to nothing. Regrettably, I won’t be ordering anything else from this place…it was a real disappointment. Donya’s, you gotta do better…and you need to pay more attention to these “less-than” reviews and address the complaints sincerely with action behind them. They say, “A drunk mind speaks sober thoughts.” Well, let me tell you…so do ALL customers when they are paying for unsatisfactory goods and services or those they don’t get at all.

I decided to give Donya Kitchen a try since it’s literally 1 min from my job. I ordered a grilled salmon SALAD with 2 eggs no mushrooms and ADD jalapeños . This salad literally looked a HOT MESS!!! It came in 2 janky, flimsy and cheap containers. NO Jalapeños were in there. The damn lettuce wasn’t even romaine or spinach and looked wilted. The eggs were barely cooked and chopped TERRIBLY! The presentation was unappetizing! Not only that took 40 mins to received this mess. To top it off, I spent $17!!!! Never again will I patronize this “black owned” business which is very unfortunate.

This was my first time here, and I will never be back. I was very adamant about not being able to eat grits, so I substituted with double eggs so I thought. I get home and was very disappointed. Not only did they not give me what I ordered, the portion size is for a kid. I got 2 little pieces of bacon and 1 scrambled egg with grits that I said I couldn’t eat for $16.
