⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem with Heart and Flavor!

Abbas Mediterranean Café is one of those rare places where you feel like family the moment you walk in. The secret? The owner himself does it all — he’s the host, the waiter, and the chef — and you can taste the love and pride he pours into every detail. His warmth and hospitality make the whole dining experience feel personal and genuine, like you’ve been invited into his home.

The star of the menu is the Grouper de Brenda, and it’s nothing short of extraordinary. Perfectly pan-seared, the fish is tender, flaky, and bursting with flavor. The lemon-butter herb sauce adds a bright, velvety finish that makes every bite unforgettable. It’s a dish that could easily hold its own in a fine-dining restaurant, yet here it’s served with the kind of authenticity and care that money can’t buy.

Every dish at Abbas is fresh, beautifully seasoned, and crafted with passion — from the warm pita to the vibrant sides and salads. But it’s the personal touch from the owner that truly sets this place apart.

If you’re craving real Mediterranean flavor and genuine hospitality, Abbas Mediterranean Café is a must-visit. And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the Grouper de Brenda — it’s a masterpiece made with love.

Abba’s is hands down one of the best spots in Mobile! The food was amazing – fresh, full of flavor, and you can tell they put real care into every dish. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a great meal with family or friends. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Abba’s to everyone I know!

Fantastic first dining experience dining at Abba’s tonight! The atmosphere is classic and welcoming, the service unmatched, but the food somehow was even better! I don’t even know how to describe it, but it was REAL food. Exactly what I needed, nutritious, and lovingly prepared. I’m looking forward to going

After reading a number of positive reviews my wife and I stopped in for lunch today while traveling through Mobile. When we pulled up I noted a neon “Open” sign in the window that was off and wondered if they were closed today. Since I’d driven out of my way I walked up to the door and found they were in fact open and had an empty dining room aside from a single party of three. We had the Greek salad and a gyro. Both were okay at best while dining however the gyro generated some serious regret later in the day. The iced tea was undrinkable – even after trying some sweetener. The place was literally falling down around us – especially the ceiling. I was so hopeful but now am just disappointed.

The food is absolutely amazing. Never had anything quite like it. Everything is made fresh with organic ingredients. Recipes are unique. Service is personalized, chef came out to greet us. The place is a little old, but that doesn’t matter. Highly recommend the Sammy’s Lamb and the hummus!

Food was delicious and extremely reasonable on price. It’s a small place family owned and operated. A hidden gem that will pleasantly surprise anyone who likes this type of food! We saw a man when we walked in that said he eats here 3 times a week when he’s in town. That’s speaks for itself.

The food was good and the service was next level. Great little place to grab dinner. Had the curry and it was the perfect level of spice and flavor. The owner/waiter talked with us for a bit and even ran out to the parking lot to thank us for dining with his restaurant. You can see he takes pride in his place, and I appreciate the level of service we had.
