Stopped by the Brookville location and ordered 4 sandwiches. Staff was courteous and friendly and took my order immediately. Sandwiches were made with fresh ingredients and prepared just as I ordered them. Location was clean and well organized with hard working employees. Loved the sandwiches so much I went back for another order the next day. Highly recommended.

We have visited this location for many years now to get subs before we go boating. We have been very disappointed thevpadt few weekends because the bread was so crumbly it made a huge mess. I went in to this location today to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again only to walk in to find no workers. I waited a couple minutes, 2 teenage boys walked out from the back. They did not acknowledge me in any way, one went over to check the bread while the other continued talking to him, completely ignoring me. Starting to get more irritated, I waited a little bit longer and walked out. We will not be back.

Tried to do the drive thru option due to being in a hurry but it was a touch screen and you could only order the signature subs offered & wasnt able to build your own this way. Otherwise the employees inside were wonderful and helped build the sub i needed ordered for another individual in no time.

Son went in order sub. The kid got a dirty knife to cut it. Son asked him to get a clean knife. And was to day shift use them and they have got any clean knife. Have they heard of food poisoning and cross contamination . Do some dishes!!!

Terrible. Nasty manager, staff is untrained and scared to death of her. Quality standards are never the same day in and day out. They never take ownership of delivering poor service or food. Always the customer is fault they didn’t like something or the food was not prepared properly. Had to give 1 star, but deserves 0.

Very slow, I ordered a steak and cheese melt. The girl put it in a bag, then into the oven???? Never seen it done that way. Opened the bag and sandwich had melted everywhere. Huge mess and was terrible. Ended up throwing away.
