This is not a full service Chick Fil A but one on the Arkansas State University campus. They have most of the things you can get at a full restaurant but there are some things you will not be able to get. The food is the same that you would get at a restaurant although it sits out under heat lamps often so it isn’t as fresh.

Every town in America needs a chick fillet! Always fresh and tasty. The line seems long but they have a great system down and it moves quickly. Always delicious no matter what we order. They have an extensive menu to choose from. So far we are happy with everything we have tried.

They are always fast and super friendly. Once I did a curbside order and it took longer than normal (probably around 15 minutes so it wasn’t that long) and with my food they brought me a free chicken sandwich card for my wait/inconvenience. They always go above and beyond!

At events a Chick-fil-A meal with a chicken sandwich, chips, water/can drink, and a cookie is $15!!
My son wanted a meal at an event, but there’s no way I could or would pay $15 for that meal. I understand gas, etc, but that’s pretty steep.

Chick-fil-A always has fresh, hot food, the most efficient drive-thru system anywhere, and extremely friendly service at every location I have ever visited across 7 or more states. The Jonesboro, AR, location has completed a wonderful renovation to expand the drive-thru, but it seems confusing at times and the kitchen can’t quite keep up with the speed of the orders. This restaurant is so busy, I don’t think a quadruple drive-thru with a doubled kitchen could keep the traffic flowing. Jonesboro needs a second location.
