We rarely eat Dominos anymore. Where we moved from, it seemed like the quality went way down. But we ordered last night from the Highland store ( now we are eating leftovers for breakfast lol) and it was the best we have ever had at Dominos. The sauce is better and the crust is good- and I never eat the crusts.Delivery was quick and the pizza was still very hot. Keep up the good work! Just wanted to leave a positive message rather than a complaining one.

Pizza is ok . The garlic bread bits are good. Last order was delivered to us and pizza was room temp at best but bread bites were nice and hot. Order a mix and match deal for $6.99 each item and the delivery fee was just as much .

I have ordered from this particular Domino’s many times over the past year. Today was the most disappointing. And will be the last time that I use it. I ordered over $50 in pizza and pasta. During the order process on the app, I selected one garlic sauce cup. When I got to the restaurant, I noticed there was no garlic sauce. When I mentioned it to the workers, they said they could give me one, but it would cost me $1.60. I tried to explain to them that it didn’t seem very fair for me to have to pay for something. I know I selected on the app. And that I had spent a considerable amount of money on the rest of my food. I thought that they should just include it. I only wanted one cup of garlic sauce. They refused. They said something like corporate is around and if they gave something away for free, they would get written up. Which may be true. And if that’s the case, then corporate needs to allow some flexibility for their management to make decisions on how to retain a customer. I was more upset when I got home and opened the pasta to see that it was barely filled, dried out, and in many cases burned to the walls of the container as you can see in the pictures. This is not the kind of quality that I expect, particularly for that amount of money. I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered 11 pizzas to be delivered at 5:15 pm. At 6:00 pm, a delivery car pulled into our parking lot and left. I called, repeatedly asked for the manager’s help, but he would not come to the phone. I went to the location and had to wait 20 minutes; the manager would not acknowledge me.
And what is with the piles of pizza on the floor?

My son orders here daily and they still continue to get the order wrong, we call and say we have the bag for the free parmesian bites and they forget daily. They make breadbowl wrong EVERY TIME I order it and it seems like everyone who used to know what they were doing is gone. Tonight we went to pick up our order and they forgot our parmesian bites AGAIN and when I went to have my son go back in there to make them we watch both of the only workers leave the restaurant and go and sit in the car together leaving the place completely empty with the door open and everything! Poorly ran and this place is running down hill fast, sad that we are going to have to go out of way to get domino’s when we have one not even a mile away

I ordered online but I also went in the store and made sure my order was correct also so I can express to them in person that I would like to request my pizza EXTRA well done!
*One worker was literally picking off pieces of chicken from another pizza order with tongs!*
I got to the counter and they were trying to give me the totally wrong order however, the manager was nice to give me a soda for my inconvenience, however, after already waiting for my pizza for over an half an hour, they still refused to make me pizza well done!
I do not understand why you all have no patience to let the food cook for an extra few minutes without getting upset with customer over the way a customer would like to eat there food!
If you all want to charge extra for Well done food(NOT SAYING YOU DID CHARGE ME) But if that will encourage food to be cooked to the satisfaction of the customer without upsetting the employee then ,that’s fine but a least make sure the food is actually WELL DONE!

Third time they have messed my order up. Ordered a pepperoni jalapeño, got this. The kicker was that they just completely forgot one of the cuts into the pizza leaving me with two giant slices. Their site is not user friendly and makes it impossible to file a complaint, then the phone number it provides is out of service. Try any other location or pizza place. Don’t eat here.

Delivery fees should be adjusted depending on how far the driver has to go. $6 is high to begin with… but for a delivery to a home that is literally 2 minutes from the store its ridiculous! I could walk there in 5 minutes! Delivery is just easier with an infant at home. & The sauce cups are way too small to cost so much. $4.50 for 3 of them when they are half full is just a scam. Arrival times are long. Its 50/50 if your pizza will be cut or not. Everything normally tastes good tho there have been a few times where we received undercooked or burnt products.

First and last time ordering here.
We ordered our food at 4:30 for pickup at 6:15. I got there at 6:10, my food wasn’t done and they were just starting to cook my pasta. The pizza was done sitting under a heater at that time.
I ended up having to leave at 6:25 to go pick up my daughter from swim practice because my food still wasn’t done and when I ask about it they just kind of blew me off. When I got back my food was done but by that time my pizza & bread was cold. my pizza was also missing it’s toppings. I ordered pepperoni and it was cheese only.
Also, for $9 my pasta wasn’t even filled halfway in the bowl.
Overall just really bad experience. And there was a manager in the building which is extremely disappointing. All they did was stand around and talk about who made the better pizza and why they deserve raises. The manager was sitting on the counter when I finally walked in at 6:40 and my food was ready.
