I have ordered from here multiple times through Uber eats and almost every time they give me the wrong items and instead give me other things with the excuse that’s all they have? Sounds like no one wants to work! Will never Order from here again. Should just shut down at this point with its clearly terrible customer service

The door says they open at 9am so I walked in at 9:15. Huge mistake! The woman behind the counter advised me she could only take cash because her system was not up yet. She was still putting vegetables out and seemed annoyed when I didn’t leave but actually stayed to pay with cash. She mutterred that her sign isn’t on yet because she wasn’t ready and that people dont normally come in until 10am. She calculated the order in her head and was bold enough to ask me if they are not serving breakfast at my house right now. The coffee was not ready and she charged me $.50 extra for purchasing the cold bottles drinks. Worst Subway experience ever.

Went there for many years but stopped and started going to one closer to us. Just went back for the 1st time in years and I get told they don’t take coupons for a Turkey Footlong. And rudely too. So instead of them making 7.48 for a footlong and a somewhat new customer again they made zero. Not professional at all.

VERY BAD SERVICE AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!!! I’ve been a customer of several other Subway shops and never experienced such poor quality service!!! The lady working there was extremely rude, would not honor my local coupon out of local newspaper and hardly applied any meats, cheese and toppings to my order, when I asked her to toast the roll she refused too because she said it would take too long for her time, Really, 1 minute of toasting a roll is too long!!!!! First time and last time for me at this location!!!!! As a business owner myself I’m sure this Subway restaurant will go out of business within the next year!!! Stay away!!!! PERIOD!!!

The owner/manager made his own rules for the coupons. It can’t be used on non red meat subs. So no chicken tuna turkey or veggie patties. Just horrible if you don’t eat red meat or pork.

Stopped for a sandwich on 12JAN2020 around 3pm. No one was in the shop. I wanted guacamole on the foot-long sandwich. I used a coupon. The lady said guacamole would be $2. Each sandwich has 2 scoops so I commented “a dollar per scoop’ – she replied “yes’. While I was waiting I looked up at the menu and guacamole showed price of $1.50 for foot-long sandwich. I didn’t like the approach, my opinion wasn’t an honest. They tried to overcharge me for guacamole. I told her. She tried and tried to justify talking about rounding up including tax etc. Not the case. She just plain tried to overcharge me. The sandwich was delicious.

Lady inside charged me $8-9 for a cold cut sandwich which should be 6-7ish then she couldn’t provide me with a recipe for odd reasons. Also saw her ring up previous customers and she never said exact amount was always on the dot $1,$2,$3,$4,$5,$6 ect
