Oh I love it. If you are really looking for healthy food then this is the best place to go. They take care of their customers very well. I love their coffee crunch smoothies and power panini!

Today Vitality Bowl essentially stole nearly $25 from me. $10 in add ons, used $10 coupon. The product they delivered isn’t even what I ordered (ordered açaí which is purple, got hot pink which I imagine is dragon fruit), no customizations included or add ons that I paid for. It’s entirely inedible – the bowl is sweet, what I ordered is tart.

I can only imagine this place a money laundering operation because they do not care about quality of product, customer service, timeliness of service and there no way to contact management – you can only talk to the people in the store who will tell you they ARE the store manager.

You can order in person on the kiosk, on their app, or a third party service and the order will take upwards of 30 minutes before it’s ready. Usually there is only one employee onsite and they look quite young to be managing on their own and ripe opportunity for slacking off…

The staff hide behind the prep area and give you a dirty look as soon as you walk into their workplace, they will watch and wait a few minutes and if you do not approach the kiosk they come out. You can see their display, and sometimes there are no pending orders and they hide back there…Everyone has a bad attitude.

Vitality Bowls offer a ton of customizations and never deliver. Some of the customizations are visible, some are flavor and they are always lacking. If you ask about it, be prepared for a snarky attitude for asking for WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND PAID EXTRA FOR and because they didn’t pay attention and got it wrong – frustration should be directed at self, and not at the customer and basically try to guilt them to walking away without what you paid for. Today I got no of my add ons or customizations, and in fact they EXCLUDED toppings and gave me the entirely wrong bowl base.

I’ve even gone out to Pleasant Hill which offers a bit more consistency in actually received WHAT you order and UNDER 45 minutes and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from employees This business is seriously a scam.

I’ve spent more money than I should have at this place and give them the benefit of the doubt that they’ll turn a new page but it just keeps getting worse and worse. This is the final straw.

STAY AWAY. If you have to interact with the staff, they will ruin your day. Waiting forever for your order will ruin your day and disrupt plans, on top of all that it is expensive, inconsistent, and if you are lucky you will actually get what you paid for. It will ruin your day and frustrate you in nearly everyway.

If this is the care they are demonstrating with customers, product, and service I can only imagine what the cleanliness is like and how they manage all the allergens in their workspace with this level of care and detail.

I frequent this location (about twice per week) mostly because I am pregnant and an açaí bowl is about the only thing I can keep down these days. The quality of the bowls is satisfactory, my favorite “go to” is the warrior bowl, very healthy and tasty (when produced correctly). Sadly, the reason for my 3 stars is because my order has been produced incorrectly multiple times and I’ve even witnessed another customer complaining their order was incorrect while I was in line to pick up my order. I think it’s important for staff to prioritize order accuracy. I do make sure to order online and this avoids the long wait times, however the couple of times I have ordered in store I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes for my order. I also feel the store could benefit from better cleanliness. Once during my visit the door was sticky upon entering and another time the entire floor at the entrance was sticky, it was almost hard to escape the stickiness. I love having my açaí bowls for lunch and hope to return but if this continues to reoccur I will have no choice but to find another lunch spot to frequent. Pictured here was one of the times my order was produced correctly and it’s delicious!

I only gave them 2 stars because the bowls.are actually good. This place really needs to hire more staff. There’s no way this place can run efficiently with only 1 person. It does not take 20 minutes to make a single bowl. Why, because the only employee is helping customers, handing out online orders, making the food, taking care of in-store things. Its good but not good enough to wait 30 minutes for. I see there’s a lot of negative reviews and im sure most of those customers do not come back, if this place doesn’t improve, I dont see it lasting much longer.

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS PLACE RUINS DAYS

I ordered online at 11:21. My order had an instant pick up time adjustment to 11:50. A half hour for a cold wrap is crazy but whatever. I showed up around 11:43 and walked into this dump of a facility. The cleanest thing here were the windows only becuase they were activly being washed by a third party cleaner. The young man walked out from the kitchen 4 times before acknowledging anyone in the lobby (me and 5 others). What if I hadn’t ordered online.. I didn’t know I was supposed to ring the doorbell at the counter if I wanted to have the ability to be greeted or order food. By the time I finally received my extremely complicated order of two wraps it was 13 minutes past the scheduled completion time or 42 minutes past the original order time. The bag was handed to me in a rude fashion with no words said. When I finally opened my long awaited lunch it was a disaster. The meat was on the bottom and the rice on the top… they folded the wrap the wrong way so it didn’t mix the ingredients. Not only does this place blow but they cleary don’t have competency in the back.

Go here if you like self punishment..

More sugar than a Twinkie, slower than molasses in January and more expensive than your cable bill, these açaí bowls are a racket. That said, they are tasty as all get up. The honey on top of the bananas on top of the granola makes it. The kombucha on tap is a nice touch. Service is friendly and this chain as enough of a menu to keep it interesting if you get Bowl-bored.

Laziest, rudest staff with no idea of time management!

Came here to leave my review after my first and last experience at vitality bowls only to find other reviewers having the same negative experience.

No one greeted us then after waiting several minutes in line someone came out to rudely tell us to use the kiosk which we then do only to wait 20-25 mins for our one smoothie to find out they have lost our order which I don’t understand how since we were the only customers there and even then they were too “busy” to help us personally.

I had to show proof of my order which thankfully I opted for a receipt this time. We were not greeted or checked on, I had to hunt them to down to find out why my smoothie was taking so long. I could have been waiting days.

Honestly, just avoid this place if you wanna enjoy your day.

Employee on duty on Monday May 26th did not really acknowledge me and took 20 minutes to make my order despite me being the only person in the store. Very disappointed as I love açaí and drove all the way from Piedmont to try this place. Writing this review as I’m waiting for my 1 item order to be finished.
